My friend Jeni told me about a program that she did called Sprint Set that helped her lose a lot of weight and feel healthier mentally, physically, spiritually! And I decided to learn more about it and visit Vital connections. Chiropractir and I am so happy that I did when you walk in the energy is so high, everyone is so helpful, and Dr.Ghafari is very knowledgeable, personable, and caring! Dr. Himsel is the best. The evaluation of your condition by x-rays, electronic diagnostics, visual graphics and physical examination are very thorough and complete. The doctor takes the time needed to make a thorough diagnosis and treatment plan. They offer chiropractic, nutritional and physical assistance and information. Dr. Himsel is the nicest chiropractor I have ever met. This goes for every one of his staff members. Beautiful office and setup that creates a calming and friendly atmosphere. I rate this healthcare provider at a ten+. read more

We decided to try Vital Connection Chiropractic for our two young boys after a bad experience at another office. Dr. Himsel is amazing with our 3 month old, and we have seen drastic improvements in his colic since getting him adjusted. My husband and I started our adjustments and are happy to gain the knowledge about our health from the office. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to get young kids adjusted, but adults as well if you are looking for a nice, professional chiropractor! read more

Since I have been going to Vital chiropractor over the past year and a quarter, not only has my body changed, but I have experienced other healing as well. The entire team is very positive, affirming, and very encouraging. They feel like family to me. I had given up on chiropractors in general until I met this team. I am very thankful to God for them. read more

I responded to a promotion that Vital Connection Chiropractic had running on FB. They will charge you up front, and if you have to cancel, they keep the money. They don't tell you the charge is non-refundable until *after* charging you. That sure works out well for them! When I called about it, they said there was a disclaimer in the promo advertisement. I wasn't in front of the advertisement at the time (you fill out your info then a person calls you back later and takes your credit card payment over the phone), but I recently saw they are running the same ad. There is no disclaimer. They lied, and care more about sneaky tricks to keep $49 more than how they treat people. If they're that way with $49, I wonder how they'd be when more money is on the line. read more

Watch out for this doctor! First of all, after my husband got his scans done and we were waiting for the results, this man decides to judge my " energy" when all I was doing was waiting for his results in the office! I did absolutely nothing wrong! Just standing there!!! Wow!! Really??? Dude if I want to be judged I'll go to a reiki specialist or a psychic NOT a chiropractor ! Before you judge someone you may want to exhibit empathy and think about what the person is feeling, seriously you have no right to judge anyone!!! Maybe someone in their family died or just got a horrible diagnosis or whatever, the list goes on and on. Try being a little nicer and more empathetic to your patients and quit judging and giving false diagnosis which you have no credentials to give!!!! Secondly, and most importantly that disturbed us and the reason for this horrible review is that this doctor has such a bad bedside manner that he told my husband That the last time he saw scans as bad as my husbands , the person was dead 2 weeks later! Who the F talks to a patient in this manner??? So just in case you want to know, my husband did see his cardiologist and primary doctor and he was CLEARED of any potential danger!!! 100% clean bill of health!! So next time you may want to go to this guy, remember he is NOT an MD, he is a chiropractor. And my husbands cardiologist also said this HRV scan is not something that can determine a persons heart health as there are many other variables... Never going back and never recommending this place. In fact I've told many people about how he treated us while we were there. My entire family went to him and none of us liked his attitude and he's very arrogant!! read more

So I officially started seeing Dr Himel back in like March! I'm a cosmetologist/lash technician and I catch a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders! When I first came in they give you like 3 types of X-rays! Which I thought was pretty cool cause I've never had X-rays but been to a few chiropractors within Indy! First off I was blown away he could not only see how crooked my spine and neck where but he was also able to determine that I was in fight or flight which i was cause I was in a high depressive state! I was also experiencing migraines quite frequently! I've had 2 migraines since I started and the curvature of my neck is repositioning it's self !! Definitely recommend! Not to mention how friendly the staff is ! You feel like family read more

They will do a hard on their health plan and not disclose the fine print of their services. Do not trust them or sign any documents at Vital Connection Chiropractic. Vital Connection Chiropractic will get you, unknowingly, to sign a contract for services. I needed to take a break for 30 day because I felt I was being over adjusted. I called to cancel future appointments. I was told they can't cancel services over the phone that I had to come into the office. The doctor refused to listen to me and decided that I should return in two weeks. I did not understand why canceling my appointments was so difficult. The doctor became aggressive about me returning and scheduled my appointment for two weeks. Then, I was told that if I ended my services, I would still have $700 balance even with me paying in full $345 per month. I was told I signed an agreement for services for a period of time. I asked for copies of everything I signed and they never gave me a copy of that agreement until I wanted to leave. They gave me a copy of my treatment plan, but never of copy of an agreement for long term services I did not need. I would never have signed any type of agreement like that. I will be filing a complaints agree Vital Connection Chiropractic. Do not trust them. read more

I absolutely love everything about Vital Connection Chiropractic. I started going to Dr. Himsel in November of 2017 due to severe neck pain as well as back issues from scoliosis. I routinely tell Dr. Himsel and all the staff members I would recommend everyone I know come to their office. My overall health, posture and attitude have greatly improved and I am pain free for the first time in years. Actually, I am amazed at how good I feel and how sassy I am at seventy. Dr. Himsel has also made outstanding referrals to me such as an outstanding trainer and an incredible podiatrist. Best decision ever!! read more

I was in a car crash back in august and have been coming here for recovery and I have to say I have never felt this great. I'm a college student and had prior lower back issues and since I have been coming here I have seen that pain just vanish. Super nice environment and the doctor is amazing! read more

I went to a dinner. Signed up for a diagnosis test ($60). The actual cost of this he said was $300. The difference, he said, was to be donated to a charity. I did the initial exams and was immediately scheduled for the "review" appointment. On the day the review appointment was scheduled my daughter went into labor. I text them to let them know. They called twice that same day and each day after. MY DAUGHTER WAS IN LABOR!. I can't get there , please have some respect. Well, you lost mine. read more

I am an old client of Dr. Himsel when he was in Noblesville. He was great then and even better now. His new office and staff are incredible! Very professional and friendly. Dr. Himsel is helping me with my degenerative neck problems. He is informative and has helped me a lot in just the few weeks I have been coming in. Thank you! read more

Did not fix my issue and made other things worse. Had to go to a doctor and do the correct procedures. I would recommend trying someone else if your situation is more severe. Maintenance they are fine but very expensive. Make sure you don't miss any appointments or you will be charged. I ended my contract and was overcharged, but not worth the time to try to get a refund. read more

I have not had to take any otc headache medicine for 6 months since starting to see Dr. Himsel.

Been going there two months. I have made a vast improvement in my back and neck. Started going three times a week and now down to two times. This is not a quick fix and your out service. They are going to treat you for up to 18 months in some form . I have learned many things from them. Most important it's a team effort and that includes me willing to make changes to help myself. Did I mention that I have had migraines for my entire life. After going for about 30 days I had one when I went to the office . Doctor did a Correction and I got instant relief. To the point that I couldn't stop tears flowing out of my eyes from the relief. I have not had one since. Nor have I taken any of my migraine medication since that time. The place is growing as I see new patients coming to the place all the time. I think if you give them time and put forth your effort you will be to the point where you never need to go back but for once a year . read more
