I found the Lifestyle Spa because I have been following my skin guru, Kimberly Ross, for the past 10+ years. My mum connected me with Kimberly when I was 12 years old because I had a pretty bad unibrow- couldn't be walking around like that! I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin, the best products that work for me and shared best practices for taking care of my skin. I basically can't go without my regime she curated for me otherwise my skin starts to freak out. She knows my skin better than I do. She takes the time the time to understand the full picture; your diet, medications one takes, hormones, the sun & environment you surround yourself in and how it all plays a part in the appearance your skin. I've lived in London and Los Angeles and I can honestly say, there is NO ONE like Kim. Even being on the other side of the country, she has taken the time to make sure I have everything I need. Two days ago I saw Michael the massage therapist, followed by Yolanda for manual lymph decongestion, for low back pain and inflamed lymph nodes that had been increasing for months. They both did a great job. Michael softened up the sore muscles, then Yolanda expertly moved the stagnant lymph out to where it needed to go. Not only that, she diagnosed the cause for the condition (my trying the carnivore diet months ago) with an expertise I find nowhere else. The next day my pain was down by 2/3, and today it's nearly gone. I heartily recommend Be Well for any nagging pain or lack of flexibility that you may have.

Button to turn machine on and off (which was nice for someone that likes to feel in control). Bell in the wall if in need of assistance. There was a cart with napkins and an assortment of things you may need, which was really nice. The bathroom was CLEAN and had a stool for use which was nice for after effects lol. Nasya took the time to explain each treatment and the benefits behind them, and her knowledge and friendliness immediately made me feel comfortable. After chatting with her, I ended up booking all four services. First impression: very clean, organized, and welcoming space. Compared to other spas I've visited, the pricing here was also very reasonable. I started with the steam room and chose the eucalyptus and mint combination, which felt incredibly refreshing. The funny thing is, 30 minutes on a treadmill feels like eternity, but 30 minutes in a relaxing steam room feels like 30 seconds. Time flew by. Robes and slippers were provided since you move between rooms for different treatments. If you plan to do multiple services, I recommend bringing a small tote bag to keep your belongings together as you go from room to room. Next was the salt sauna with infrared (an additional upgrade), and it was absolutely worth it, especially for my aching back. The hydromassage bed was a really interesting experience. You can adjust the pressure, choose specific parts of your body to target, and even adjust the temperature to your liking.
