Take your time; take in the beautiful, clean architecture of a renovated school bus, the new scenery (you have lovely views from the sauna!) - and a cold shower to shock your system. Music was so relaxing and peaceful. Madison was at the desk and she told me to help myself to some tea or water. She was very helpful and very informative so I really did appreciate that especially this being my first visit. She showed me to my room where I was to do the 45 min infrared sauna. She helped me with my Bluetooth connection. I was ready to go after a quick trip to the ladies room. The 45 min was exactly what I needed. It felt so good and so amazing to have that time to myself. I doxed off for a few.. I love that the sauna beeps very mildly to let you know there's 5 min left. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit most especially because it was a wonderful surprise that they had Easter eggs hidden and the sign said to find one so I did and it said my next appointment was free! The changing room is small considering how many lockers are in there. But it's serviceable and there is also a shower. There are two quiet areas, one would be nice if you came with a group of friends, but it allows you to have separation from others if desired. My only concern: Jessica is the only nail technician so there is no way to book a pedicure with a friend. There are also no nail services on Fridays or Saturdays. Seems an opportunity to me.

I recently reached out to cancel my membership due to financial hardship, and was told I'd have to pay the equivalent of over two months just to cancel, even though my contract is nearly up. When I first signed up, I was told they'd work with me if something came up. But now that I actually need help, I'm being met with nothing but silence and fees. For someone who's been a loyal member for years, this feels unfair. I just want people to be aware of how inflexible and unsupportive this membership really is when you need it most.

We were prompted greeted by Tina and shown around the spa and to our lockers. In the ladies locker room area, there are showers, a sauna, and a steam room. We got there early so we could enjoy the pool and other amenities. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were hotel guests in the pool, including children. That's not all that conducive to relaxing unfortunately so we didn't get in the water at all. Tina also helped us order a lovely lunch from Capitol Grill and took overall very good care of us while we relaxed and waited for our spa appointments. The services: Both of us had nice services but honestly both felt we had had better for various reasons. My esthetician was good and did a very nice job but I had added on a leg scrub. The leg scrub was great but it came At the sacrifice of the hand and wrist massage you might typically get. My friend's service was good but was slow to start and the provider had some clumsiness issues and dropped items on the floor creating loud noises. The only thing that was really "bad" was the temperature of the atrium area/pool and hot tub area. It was HOT in there. It was so warm in there that we just couldn't force ourselves in the hot tub or the sauna/steam room. Tips: 1. there is street parking, which is free on Sundays 2. When you walk in, go closer to the check in desk to the second set of elevators and the spa is on the 6th floor 3. There is cold water and some cold towels in the Gym on the same floor.

For beginners, you will receive a quick run down on how everything works! You are asked to take a shower to remove any oils, creams and etc off your body! Then, the float begins (recommend no clothing) I will note, the room light is a motion sensor so if you're not okay with darkness, wave your arms out for that! This was an interesting experience and something I will do again! FYI. You will be covered in so much salt, so please, after the second shower, bring your own soaps, lotions, clean behind those ears, and towel. Check them out, $35 for first time session! Due to a required out-of-state job relocation (which we provided proof of), we requested a refund of our deposit. That request was denied, and we were told the only option was to transfer the deposit to another buyer. While I understand businesses have policies, it's disappointing that there was no flexibility given our situation--especially since no product has been manufactured or delivered. We attempted to resolve this directly but were not offered any reasonable alternative beyond finding our own replacement buyer. I would recommend that anyone considering doing business here carefully review the deposit and cancellation terms before committing. Seems to be shady business practices. You can even brake a rental contract if you are being relocated out of state.
