I found the Lifestyle Spa because I have been following my skin guru, Kimberly Ross, for the past 10+ years. My mum connected me with Kimberly when I was 12 years old because I had a pretty bad unibrow- couldn't be walking around like that! I'm not going to lie, I have some great brows- they are full and thick and have a nice natural arch, so many people wanted to thin them out and make them something they structurally shouldn't look like. But not Kim! She really knows how to work with each individual and cater to what they want/need when it comes to alignment and shaping. I really don't know what I would do without Kim (probably still walking around with my unibrow or had someone ruin my thick, full brows). Kim also changed my world when it came to my skin. Kim has always gone above and beyond to make sure I feel confident and beautiful in my skin. She helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin, the best products that work for me and shared best practices for taking care of my skin. I basically can't go without my regime she curated for me otherwise my skin starts to freak out. She knows my skin better than I do. She takes the time the time to understand the full picture; your diet, medications one takes, hormones, the sun & environment you surround yourself in and how it all plays a part in the appearance your skin. I've lived in London and Los Angeles and I can honestly say, there is NO ONE like Kim. Even being on the other side of the country, she has taken the time to make sure I have everything I need. Two days ago I saw Michael the massage therapist, followed by Yolanda for manual lymph decongestion, for low back pain and inflamed lymph nodes that had been increasing for months. They both did a great job. Michael softened up the sore muscles, then Yolanda expertly moved the stagnant lymph out to where it needed to go. Not only that, she diagnosed the cause for the condition (my trying the carnivore diet months ago) with an expertise I find nowhere else. The next day my pain was down by 2/3, and today it's nearly gone. I heartily recommend Be Well for any nagging pain or lack of flexibility that you may have.

Was giving knowledge about the digestive system as well as the Angel of Water machine. Thereafter I was asked if I had questions, I didn't, so then I was giving a tutorial on how I use the machine. Once I had no questions I was left to do my thing. The room is set up so comfortably. Paper towel roll on the wall that could be reached without having to readjust. Mirror for viewing purposes. Button to turn machine on and off (which was nice for someone that likes to feel in control). Bell in the wall if in need of assistance. There was a cart with napkins and an assortment of things you may need, which was really nice. The bathroom was CLEAN and had a stool for use which was nice for after effects lol. Overall this was the best experience I've had and I've had a couple colonics prior to going to ASW. I got great results. Excited for next appointment.

TLWR: if you're looking for a place to do a colonic and you're already familiar with an open system…read more(& have done several) this might be for you?? So I visited this place for a colonic. I've had one done previously using a closed system. I didn't realize there was more than one system so I went into this kinda blinded. Anyway, the faculty was in the back of the home which was fine. When I came in, the lady informed me I didn't have to wear a mask (I kept it on tho). She asked me a few questions then told we would be doing an open system. If you don't know, in an open system, you sit in this tub like thing with the tub in your butt. I was aware of the tube going in your butt but I didn't expect to not receive any help. She was very hands off and gave very little advice or help. She told me to just play around with it until I could feel the water flow (it took about 15-20mins for me to get it). Once it started, it wasn't even smooth sailing. I didn't have as much waste as I expected to leave my system. I told her it didn't feel right and she was just like "it's fine". she ultimately told me my colon was dehydrated after making several other excuses. (Mind you I drink a gallon of water a day). I booked for two colonics but I ultimately paid for one bc I just couldn't go through that again. I won't even further mention the negative comment she made about my weight after I told her it wasn't a priority for me.
