100% recommend! Dr Scott and Julie are the BEST! I come here weekly or bi-weekly and get adjusted along with cupping frequently.

I specifically made an appointment with Integrated Health Solutions because I hoped to treat my pain with acupuncture. Boy, am I sure glad I did. I first met with Dr. Charbel explaining what I was feeling, and after examining my arm he wrote up a treatment plan for me with specific goals and a timeline. He explained what the treatment would look like and how many appointments I may need. Over the next several visits of acupuncture and tissue massage, I learned that Dr. Charbel is not only a top notch doctor, but also he is a caring, compassionate human being. He is someone I have come to trust knowing that he truly has my best interests in mind. Best of all, his treatment plan worked. My pain is gone! Though our time together is coming to an end, I will not stop singing my praises of Dr. Charbel. He is the good doctor of chiropractic people deserve!

I write so few bad reviews, but unfortunately my most recent experience with this Concentra was…read moreless than desirable. My impression is that Concentra markets itself to provide mainly workers comp and drug testing services. My employer apparently has an agreement with them to provide my yearly testing and immunizations (I work in healthcare). Every time I've been to this location it's busy with multiple people waiting. If you have a walk-in test you are better served arriving at the beginning of the day to avoid a wait. It seems that drug testing is prioritized, and I agree that it should be. However, this day I had an AM work appt and couldn't get there until 11:45am. I checked in, and waited...no big deal usually, I'm prepared for that here. So, an hour and a half goes by and everyone that was in the waiting room prior to my arrival has come and gone. I finally went back to the check-in desk and asked, I was told there might be extra prep needed for my one blood test (it doesn't normally, I know this). About 15 minutes later I am called back to the room by a very nice woman who apologized for my wait. I sit down and in our conversation I mention that I work in healthcare, that was probably my first mistake. The woman then became somewhat nervous and told me she did not like drawing blood with straight needles. I sympathized with her, and asked her why they did not have the butterfly (smaller) needles that most labs offer. She told me "I don't know, they told me they ran out." Ok, I have had very few issues in the past with blood draws and techs tell me I have great veins so no problem. So she proceeded to check both of my arms and starts with one which she wasn't able to access. She then tried to draw from my other arm and had the same problem. I then asked if there was someone else that might be able to help, as I have been there at this point for over two hours. She told me no, there's no one else available here who can draw blood (despite the fact I had seen at least five employees during my wait), and that I could come back the next day. Now, I don't blame this woman...she was very kind and tried her best. I will say I put the onus on the clinical management here for not evaluating and/or improving her clinical skills. I know healthcare is struggling right now, but if you bill yourself as an "urgent care" and have the ability to perform lab testing, you should have at least one competent staff member available to perform said services. My company arranged for my blood testing at another specific lab draw site, which got me in and out in 15 mins.

ZERO STARS - THIS PLACE IS A DEATH CAMP. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE…read more If I could give Community North Rehabilitation Center zero stars--or better yet, negative stars--I absolutely would. This facility nearly killed my mother, and I want to make sure no one else goes through the nightmare we did. My mom arrived at Community North Rehab after suffering a stroke. She had some mild speech impairment and early-stage dementia, but she was mentally sharp, alert, and active. She also had a stent between her kidney and bladder. Despite her condition, she was prematurely discharged from the hospital, under the all-too-common excuse of "testing will be done outpatient"--which really just means "get them out, we're done here," even if they're still on the brink of a medical crisis. From the moment she entered this facility, she declined rapidly. She stopped eating, became lethargic, and couldn't even complete her therapy sessions. Staff blamed "severe dementia," which was a lie. Before coming here, she was engaged, talkative, and functioning far above the level they claimed. The reason she couldn't participate in therapy? She was constantly needing to use the bathroom--a huge red flag they brushed off as nothing. I raised hell. I demanded answers. I asked to speak to the doctor overseeing her care, who coldly told me there was no reason to send her back to the ER. I asked him, "So, blood in the urine and needing to use the bathroom ten times in a half hour is normal?" And he said yes--as if that was something any human being should accept. They insisted she was "fine" and that this was normal for someone with a stent and told us to take her home for outpatient testing. So I did. Within one day of being home, she was practically unresponsive. She had explosive diarrhea, slept the entire day, and was only awake for about 45 minutes. I told my husband, "We have to get her to the ER--now." We took her to a different hospital, and within hours, they diagnosed her with C. diff--a dangerous, highly contagious infection that she most likely contracted either at Community North Hospital or at the Rehab Center. And what did the rehab staff do when she complained about needing to constantly use the bathroom? Nothing. They ignored her. I was there--I heard her begging to be excused from physical therapy because she had to go to the bathroom. And the staff still insisted she finish her tasks. Meanwhile, I kept repeating, "She is not doing well!" and was met with blank stares. I have to call out Robin, her case manager, by name. She was apathetic, stubborn, and completely dismissive of my concerns. Every time I raised a red flag, she gaslit me--saying there was "nothing they could do." I cried. I sobbed. I begged for help. Robin remained completely unmoved. Cold. Detached. As if my mother's suffering meant nothing. Now, my mother is fighting for her life in another hospital. And I can't help but believe that if Community North Rehab had listened--had actually cared--she might not be in this position. This place is a death camp. And the most twisted part? When I first arrived, I saw their signs and banners proudly announcing they were voted "Best Rehabilitation Center." I was fooled. Duped. Don't let the polished signage and smiling faces fool you--they are not what they appear. Please, for the love of your family--do not bring your loved one here.
