After dealing with pain in my forearm for several weeks, I decided it was time to call in a professional. I specifically made an appointment with Integrated Health Solutions because I hoped to treat my pain with acupuncture. Boy, am I sure glad I did. I first met with Dr. Charbel explaining what I was feeling, and after examining my arm he wrote up a treatment plan for me with specific goals and a timeline. He explained what the treatment would look like and how many appointments I may need. Over the next several visits of acupuncture and tissue massage, I learned that Dr. Charbel is not only a top notch doctor, but also he is a caring, compassionate human being. He is someone I have come to trust knowing that he truly has my best interests in mind. Best of all, his treatment plan worked. My pain is gone! Though our time together is coming to an end, I will not stop singing my praises of Dr. Charbel. He is the good doctor of chiropractic people deserve! read more

Tried to set up an appointment for an adjustment as the website looked professional and had good reviews. They wouldn't entertain discussing any pricing before I scheduled an examination for $99. The person I texted for an appointment told me "no worries" when I said I'd have to explore other service providers. Unpleasant experience. read more

New year, new me! After considering my options for pain management and wellness for far too long, I pulled the trigger and scheduled an appointment at Integrated Health Solutions. Today was my first appointment. The front office staff was warm and friendly. I waited only about five minutes to be seen by Dr. Brinza while he saw the previous patient out and then wiped down the exam room. As I shared with him my aches and pains and how I'm trying to be proactive and take care of my body as I age, he really listened. After I was done, he as able to draw connections so I could see how several muscle groups were ultimately causing my pain. After adressing the problem and presenting a treatment plan, we discussed some wellness goals, what my financial responsibility would be, and what the treatment benchmarks would look like. I was fully on board with what he proposed, so we agreed to get started immediately. I received acupuncture, a chiropratic adjustment, as well as some soft tissue therapy before he showed me stretches and exercises that I'll be doing at home between visits in order to restore my range of motion. I'm so glad I chose Integrated Health Solutions. I feel confident that I'm back on track to feel healthy again and that I'm in really good hands. These other positive Yelp reviews are accurate. If you're considering an appointment here, do it. read more

Had a severe case of tennis elbow and couldn't find a solution. He told me it would take about 6 to 10 sessions to be 80% better. They did dry needling and physical therapy. It played out exactly as he said. Wonderful. Highly recommend. read more

I had never considered using a chiropractor up until I was in an auto accident and had some very severe back pain. I decided to try IHS and was assigned Dr. Drew Hunt at the NE Indy location. Honestly I can't say enough good about the man. He was compassionate, attentive, focused, and likable. I had around 15 sessions with Dr. Hunt and for the first time in a long time am living without back pain. I can't think him enough, nor can I recommend IHS enough. Definitely worth checking out! For my maintenance schedule, I have been visiting the new downtown office and Dr. Jen Brenneisen. Dr. Jen is a pure joy to work with. She has an infectious, feisty attitude about her job and her skill in helping people get treatment they need. It's obvious that she loves her job which makes appointments fun. She listens well and adjusts her plan based on the immediate need that week. She's smart, intuitive, and has the tools needed to provide exceptional service. Once again- exceptionally highly recommended! read more

I can't say enough good things about Integrated Health Solutions. I was having shoulder problems that got in the way of day-to-day life; sleeping, washing my hair, brushing my teeth, etc. and was treated by Dr. Charbel. After a few visits, and doing the exercises he taught me, I was feeling much better and even had full range of my shoulder. The bonus is the front desk staff. They make you feel like you've known them for years! Highly recommended! read more

I have been coming to IHS for about 4 years now for chronic shoulder pain. Dr. Charbel and his team are amazing. They are always so professional and welcoming. They take their time with you to make sure they not only treat you, but also teach you. They provide you with exercises and tools to help prevent and relieve pain. Before coming in, I was at the point where I was in constant pain for weeks at a time and nothing helped. Then I found IHS and everything changed. I stop by maybe twice a year for acupuncture when my shoulder flares up. Otherwise I'm pain free. If you have chronic pain, sore muscles, if you're in the gym regularly or are athlete I highly recommend IHS! read more

Dr. Hunt is great! Everyone at Integrated Health is very friendly and outgoing. This was my first time seeking chiropractic care and I wasn't sure what to expect. He identified the problem after a quick explanation of my pain and the true cause, not just the symptoms. I was a little bit nervous about getting an adjustment but he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The adjustments are painless and the exercises have been very helpful. My neck and back is feeling 100% better. read more

I had 2 treatments, 11/8/18 and 11/12/18, for the shoulder problem I have been having and they charged me $218.12 and $110.62 respectively after those visits directly. Prior my visit, I provided them my insurance card through the email and they confirmed that my insurance will cover but I will have to pay out of my pocket since I still have deductible, which is make senses. After several weeks, I checked my accounts on Insurance's and HSA's websites that they billed my insurance for $194 for each visit and on those bills the allowed amount is only $65.88. As far as my understanding and experiences with other doctor offices, usually I get the bill (as much as the allowed amount) from a doctor office after they bill the insurance, and I only pay that allowed amount, nothing more. I asked them for this matter and to refund the differences ($218.12 - $65.88 and $110.62 - $65.88) but they refused to do so because they said they cannot claim the insurance for all the treatments they provided me. I am confused, because the treatment they did cost $218.12 and $110.62, but they billed my insurance for $194 each, i.e. they actually billed more for the 2nd treatment. I know this is not a lot of money, but that how they charge their customers (they told me on the voicemail) and I think this need to be stopped. I am thinking to do legal action to stop them doing this but I am not sure yet. read more

Dr. Charbel saved my failing back and shoulders. Literally, as in literally. My shoulders were in so much pain and my knots were insanely tight...and he did some short of a miracle relief after seeing him. I am the biggest wuss when it comes to needles and he opened my eyes to the world of acupuncture. I would have never tried it in a million years and now I'm regretting why I didn't try it sooner. The needles were pretty much pain free. He strategically places these fine needles in my back and shoulders...and the pain just melts away. Together with the back and neck adjustments, I'm virtually pain free. His clinic also offers cryotherapy and floating tank. I'm seriously surprised to see this in Indy. The floating tank made me sleep for half hour in zero gravity. That was a crazy experience! I highly recommend Dr. Charbel. There's a reason why the Colts and Pacers athletes come see him. He's simply the best in Indy. read more

As a practicing dental hygienist, I often experience tightness in my neck and shoulders from patient care. Dr. Charbel was recommended to me by another hygienist and from the first visit I was pleased and instantly gained trust that he would help heal my problem. I've recently had my 7th visit with him and I can say after the 3rd, I had already started feeling relief and comfort. He not only provided me with great care but instructed me on specific and personal exercises to practice when I felt tense outside of our visits. Dr. Charbel gave me full attention with focus on my specific needs. He's extremely knowledgeable and answers all of my questions with a smile. I enjoy the atmosphere and positive energy they give at every visit. I recommend everyone I know with trust that he will help them heal and educate them to prevent any further conditions or issues that could occur. read more

After diagnosis, Dr. Charbel was up front with the treatment options and cost, so I knew what to expect. I definitely recommend that anyone looking for a good chiropractor in Indianapolis visit Dr. Charbel. read more

I was involved in a car accident on a Monday morning. Tuesday morning a "marketer" shows up AT MY DOOR, and leaves 2 business cards, each with a note on the back to call reguarding my recent auto accident. THE SAME THING HAPPENS AGAIN on Wednesday. I called to figure out what the hell was going on, and was informed that the accident was in the public police report and that they "believe IMDP sends out a list to healthcare providers" of injured people. Lol complete BS. This company just sits around and reads accident reports looking for people to solicit. In addition to the solicitation I had been added to their mailing list. I'm all for chiropractic care, but this is definitely NOT how you win trust with people or grow a business. read more

Dr Charbel is phenomenal! I have never felt more at ease seeing a doctor. My pain is gone from my shoulder and another perk, my blood pressure is much lower than when I started seeing him only 10 sessions ago. Before him, I had never visited a chiropractor nor experienced acupuncture. I can tell you I'll never go anywhere else. He and his staff are so welcoming and the additional services he offers in his facility are just as amazing. Cryotherapy is a must try if you've never experienced it, please, please try it out. You won't be sorry! Talk about good energy...I leave out saying "I love that guy" after every visit! He's just that positive an energy! read more

I've had pain in my foot and calf for well over a year. I'd tried various different plans to resolve the issue with messages, physical therapy, and even inserts. All of which didn't resolve the problem completely and even got worse. Plus, I recently developed some shoulder pain. My trainer recommended I contact Integrated Health Solutions. I thought to myself why not, nothing else has worked. After meeting with Dr. Charbel, he recommended therapy, acupuncture, Normatec, and cryotherapy. I was skeptical, but after 7 treatments I'm almost cured. I'm back in the gym resuming a regular workout, as well as even running on a treadmill. I'm so grateful for the referral. read more

Wonderful facility! The staff was friendly and helpful. The float tank is a great way to relieve stress.

Dr. Charbel is fantastic! I was suffering from upper back pain due to an overuse injury and stress. It disappeared after four sessions with Dr. Charbel and regular massage therapy! In my initial appointment, he thoroughly examined my functional movement and range of motion to determine the potential root cause of my discomfort. In my follow-up appointments, Dr. Charbel performed acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments, and provided therapeutic exercises. He took his time, answered all of my questions, and explained everything beautifully. Throughout my treatment, I felt safe and informed. read more

After seeing an Ortho doctor for the past two years I finally decided to go a different route for my knee pain and see a chiropractor. Dr. Charbel was extremely courteous, listened to my concerns, and did a thorough examination of my knee and my exercise techniques. After listening to me, he explained the philosophy and purpose for the methods he wanted to use to treat me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has a great personality which made me feel completely at ease with being treated at Integrated Health Solutions. I find my acupuncture sessions with Dr. Charbel to be very helpful with supporting my overall health and not just my knee pain. I feel relaxed after a treatment and already have more mobility in my knee after receiving acupuncture and cryotherapy for a month. I am pleased with my progress. Dr Charbel is wonderful! He is smart, professional and you will see results. I broke my heel and had severe nerve and tendon pain around the surgical site. In just 10 dry needling & 6 cryo-therapy sessions I was able to walk as much as I wanted and even go on runs. After my surgery my surgeon told me that many will never run again after a heel break. Before my treatments with Dr. Charbel I couldn't walk 1-2 miles without severe pain that would last 5 days with my foot feeling like it was on fire. After these dry needling land cryo sessions the swelling went way down and I could walk as much as I wanted and even go on runs with no pain! He also taught me proper running, stretching and training techniques. He was a life saver for me! I give him at A++!! read more

I had an appointment today at Dr. Charbel's office I came in for back pain, he did an assessment of my pain/needs explained his treatment plan then reviewed all the costs for each session, he estimated a total of six + sessions for me then had me schedule those appt's. I am in pain NOW. I can not believe he did nothing to help my pain today. Right now I am so mad I am not sure if I am coming back. I am never lost for words but I was speechless. After 3 months of extreme pain due to a bulging disc, sciatica, pirformis syndrome and extreme muscle stiffness/pain in hamstring/calfs, I found IHS online and called that very morning. I had been very depressed during this time as it seemed I was destined to be in pain the rest of my life; I had seen my regular MD a few times and he kept prescribing steroids, anti-inflammatory meds, and rounds of physical therapy...nothing worked and it all ended up being very expensive. IHS got me in the day I called and within 1-2 chiropractic and accupuncture treatments, I could tell how much he was helping me. He gave me stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home, helped me understand and adjust my biomechanics so I wouldn't have a repeat injury, and just gave me a lot of hope. I am seeing him today for my 9th and final appointment and I am about 90% healed. The best part is, I'm off all of that medication and I can play with my 2-year old again! Please do yourself a favor and call IHS if you need this kind of treatment. read more
