I recently scheduled my first facial with this Broad Ripple Business and it did not disappoint. When searching Yelp for a new-to-me facial business, this spot stood out for their natural product line and not feeling overly "clinical". I was promptly greeted by Steph at the front door and treated to a drink before my facial. It was a one hour facial with a scrub, red light therapy and small extraction. I thoroughly enjoyed the Eminence products and their natural floral smells from start to finish. The entire process was very relaxing and I probably booked another visit for the new year. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing facial spot. I got a facial here and it was lovely! Owner Marianne was kind, insightful, and communicative throughout the process. I got the Detox & Glow facial, which is customized to your skin needs and recommended as a good place to start. It's 75 minutes long and as relaxing as it is effective. From the heated bed and dark room, to the tingling exfoliation treatment, relaxing LED lights and more, it was a great experience. I especially liked the dermaplane treatment (gets all hairs and dead skin cells off your face with no down time) and LED red light, which I had on my face for 15 minutes. Fun fact: NASA uses LED red light to grow plants in outer space, so imagine how well that helps stimulate collagen on your face! This is a popular spot, so be prepared to book months in advance. They sell and use the Eminence organic skincare line, which is gentle and seems to have pure ingredients. I was given some samples for the road, as well as a hot tea, which was so sweet. Project Gorgeous was absolutely amazing!!! I am so grateful to Stacie Jo. She was truly an angel. This was my first spa experience and facial treatments so you'll have to excuse this newbie mum, but omg! If you have never pampered yourself with a facial I highly recommend giving the ladies at Project Gorgeous a call and setting up an appointment with Stacie Jo. She is super friendly, very knowledgeable, and does wonders with skin! Since it was my first time and I am currently pregnant she made sure to walk through everything that was safe for pregnancy and how each treatment was done. I could not have appreciated her more to be honest. I really love when people are considerate of pregnancy. It's not easy, lol! Anywho, they work with Éminence Organic Skin Care here and it is FABULOUS! Some other spas maybe more into non organic and less cost skin care products, but not these ladies. They are highly educated in ways of clean skin care as well of many other treatment options, such as acupuncture. If you are in need of some serious self care give these ladies a call and set yourself an appointment now. They are usually pretty booked if you are looking for the week of (by the looks of their online appointment book) , but even if you have to wait a week or two for an opening IT'S WORTH IT! I had the most relaxing detox & glow facial today, given by Stephanie. She was so calming and recommended great products to use after leaving. The heated and gently vibrating bed was timed with the music, and was beyond comfortable. I felt so great when I left and my skin was truly glowing. It was just the relaxing treatment that I needed. I Have never visited this spa, as I live in a different state! However I recently bought some products through their website, so this review is for the customer service I received. Marianne was SO accommodating and flexible with that I wanted, and She gladly shipped out of state. During quarantine, I have been waiting so long for other orders to come in (from different shops, etc) but she shipped out my order SO quickly. There was a small hiccup with the order - which I didn't mind at all - but Marianna went out of her way to include some sample freebies with my order. I'm not sure I've ever had such a pleasant customer service experience online. She's an incredibly kind soul. Just from an online experience, I felt her care, love, and passion for what she does!
