The studio is clean and zen, not overly decorated and has a nice peaceful feel to it. They also have a small boutique space selling some higher end yoga mats, cushions, penn & beech candles, and clothing. I dont live super close, so I'm not a monthly member for classes, but I will travel for occasional workshops. i just attended a special 2 hr workshop with Katarina on restorative yin, essential oils and self acupressure therapy. This was offered in person or via zoom; I went in person. Mats were distanced and all the usual protocols in place. She was well prepared and had handouts and a personal trio of oils set for everyone. Totally informative and a great session of self care. I was promptly greeted by Steph at the front door and treated to a drink before my facial. It was a one hour facial with a scrub, red light therapy and small extraction. I thoroughly enjoyed the Eminence products and their natural floral smells from start to finish. The entire process was very relaxing and I probably booked another visit for the new year. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing facial spot. They have a variety of other higher ticket items for those who have a better understanding of facials and skin care than I do :-)

I got the Detox & Glow facial, which is customized to your skin needs and recommended as a good place to start. It's 75 minutes long and as relaxing as it is effective. From the heated bed and dark room, to the tingling exfoliation treatment, relaxing LED lights and more, it was a great experience. I especially liked the dermaplane treatment (gets all hairs and dead skin cells off your face with no down time) and LED red light, which I had on my face for 15 minutes. Fun fact: NASA uses LED red light to grow plants in outer space, so imagine how well that helps stimulate collagen on your face! This is a popular spot, so be prepared to book months in advance. They sell and use the Eminence organic skincare line, which is gentle and seems to have pure ingredients. I was given some samples for the road, as well as a hot tea, which was so sweet. Enjoy!

I was offered a wonderful brewed tea( her mom is an herbalist) that I could have had glass after glass of.. She and I talked about my needs and goals for my session.. I was escorted to the sauna area.. Where I was able to play my classical playlist.. Turn the lights out.. And steam! 15 min of that.. Then to a different area I went.. This room is like heaven.. Soft earth sounds saturated the room.. Candle place perfectly.. Then the spot of the hour.... The table! I had many areas, I knew we wouldn't hit all of them, but what she paid attention to in that hour...my neck and shoulders..MY SHOULDER! The one that's been giving me hell, and the other one that's been compensating for the other. I learned the proper way to breathe through a massage.. As I exhaled my breath.. I let out another piece of stress, another burden, another painful memory.. This was therapy.. Not just massage therapy.. But MIND, BODY, AND SOUL therapy. I don't treat myself enough.. Mallory, they would expand into creating profitable handicrafts and in 1939 the group formally organized under the Indiana Society for Crippled Children. I'll admit it. The word crippled makes me cringe. A year later, the group affiliated with national Easter Seals and acquired an office at 30th and New Jersey. They've had various offices, however, they've been settled in at 4740 Kingsway Drive (think 47th & Keystone) since 1990. Today, Easter Seals is CARF accredited (This is a big deal) and offers physical, occupational, and speech therapies for children and adolescents along with early intervention programs, augmentative communication, adult day services, employment and transition services, veteran services, home modification services, assistive technology services, and deaf services. They offer a lot. For the last three years, I've served as a jury member for Easterseals Southern California's Disability Film Challenge. This has, in turn, increased my awareness of the local organization and the marvelous work they do. Of course, getting to know Yelper Katy E. (Hi Katy!) has also helped. As an organization, I love that Easter Seals participates in Project Search, an opportunity for young adults with disabilities to get some experience in a work setting. It's kind of like an internship and it's a wonderful program. Here in Indy, Easter Seals has offices on Kingsway Drive, Thompson Road on the Southside, and Crossroads Industrial Services on the Eastside. As another review has indicated, Easter Seals is also known for letting organizations use its big 5th floor meeting room. I work for the State of Indiana and even we've used it. The offices here are well kept. The building is obviously accessible. The people who work here are passionate about what they do - trust me, you don't work at a non-profit planning to get rich. You get paid fairly (and Easter Seals is good about this), but this is something you do because you actually care. For folks with disabilities, Easter Seals Crossroads is definitely one of Indy's hidden gems and best non-profits. They do remarkable work that leads to greater independence and empowerment and life opportunities. I'm all about that!

It's located in the office park off of Keystone and 46th and houses a lot of different companies. The building is kept very clean! But not in that sterile freaky way. It also gives the impression that it is kept very secure since every person needs to sign in. My only visit is the 5th floor, off the elevator and over to the large meeting room. Everything is clean, and we have never had issues with the internet connection for presentations. I also appreciate that it is a spacious meeting room with a lot of tables and chairs in the back. No one likes to be piled on top of each Other during long meetings. Thanks for the hospitality Easter seals!

There's a lot of misinformation on what hypnosis is / isn't, so she is very clear from the initial consultation to break down barriers of what hypnosis is. I've been recommending Kelei and her technique to anyone who will listen! She was extremely quick in uncovering connections and getting to the root problem. The thing about traditional therapy is it may take several weeks to get to the root problem. With hypnotherapy, it's about rewiring your thinking pathways so I was doing loads better after one session, so my second session was icing on the cake. If you are able and comfortable meeting in person, I highly recommend that option as Kelei has created a comfortable in-home office & she knows things to look for during hypnosis to help deliver you the best experience. The thing that makes Kelei stand out from other therapists ive been to is her genuineness. Every session I had we went over by quite a bit as she genuinely cares about her clients :)
