The studio is clean and zen, not overly decorated and has a nice peaceful feel to it. They also have a small boutique space selling some higher end yoga mats, cushions, penn & beech candles, and clothing. I dont live super close, so I'm not a monthly member for classes, but I will travel for occasional workshops. i just attended a special 2 hr workshop with Katarina on restorative yin, essential oils and self acupressure therapy. This was offered in person or via zoom; I went in person. Mats were distanced and all the usual protocols in place. She was well prepared and had handouts and a personal trio of oils set for everyone. Totally informative and a great session of self care.
