Located in a historical home on Main Street, the experience was a relaxing, sensory heaven with an added bonus of anti aging. I booked a 60 minute facial and peel with Lani. I was already really looking forward to it when I arrived, but as someone with a love for historic homes, stepping up to the wrap around porch made me swoon. The home is so beautiful and nostalgic, the wood floors creaking and popping underfoot, and this heavenly mixed scent of skincare/spa/baked goods...I couldn't always put my finger on the scent, but even as someone with sensory sensitivities, it was a sensory delight. Lani put me right at ease. She clearly knows her craft and I felt that I could trust her to perform a chemical peel on my face. The whole experience was so soothing and luxious, I nearly fell asleep. Afterwards, she made suggestions for follow up services to meet my skincare goals and some products to use in the healing process. There was absolutely no pressure, just suggestions, as I had also indicated on my paperwork that I was open to suggestions and recommendations. I appreciate that this is asked ahead of time. 2 days out from my facial and peel, my skin still looks amazing and the peeling is very manageable. I'm looking forward to returning next week for a massage and continuing to see Lani for my skincare needs.

After tons of research, I settled on Skin Renew and they have yet to disappoint my expectations. When I called I was greeted by a team member working at the second location, but she didn't hesitate to deliver outstanding service as she assisted me in scheduling my consultation at the flagship location. I received plenty of reminders of my upcoming visit, and the stars in the office, when I arrived, really shined. I was iffy about being seen by someone other than the owner, as most of the reviews applauded her professionalism, however, Laura delivered as well. The consultation was informative in a way that mattered- not in a "too much information to remember" kind of way. Following the visit, Laura had time to get started on my removal journey, and her patience as I nervously chattered and then requested a break, was outstanding. She offered a great package deal that helped make my service much more affordable, and overall, I give the entire experience a 10/10.

I am a V on the Fitzpatrick scale. I called a week prior to my appointment to express my concerns and actually had the opportunity to speak witht the owner. She assured me I'd be well taken care of and that they've turned people away that they didn't think they'd get results from. So that made me feel a lot better. Upon my arrival, there were clip boards with ceramic name plates so you knew which one was yours. I personally thought that was a cute touch. I was greeted immediately and was offered something to drink. They had waters, coffee, and sodas. I had several papers to fill out due to it being my first time. After completeing all my paper work, the owner came out and actually spoke to me and asked if I was who she talked to. She told me Jamie would be the the one to do my procedure, and again ensured me that I would be in good hands. Visually, this place is appealing to the eye. Their decor was amazing. They had a candle out with a sign saying which scent was being burnt. This place does all kind of things such as facials and massages. During my consultation, Jamie explained to me how the laser worked in great detail and had lots of visual aids. She also showed me before, during, and after photos of people that had gone through the tattoo removal process. She also included some of people of color. She legit answered every question I had and was very patient. Initially I did not plan to have it done that day and was only going for the consultation, but she made me feel very at ease about doing it. SO I DID IT!!! The laser part took literally less than 5 minutes. She also allowed me breaks whenever I asked for them or would break when she could see my body getting tight. Hope to leave another positive review after the process is completed.

We waited a few quick minutes for their dedicated couples massage room; two sisters had just finished up, and they had to get it cleaned and prepared for us. When we entered, there were heart balloons and roses set up for us! We were given a minute to undress to our underwear and get comfortable. There were bottles of water and clean sheets and towels. They knocked and asked before entering, and asked how much pressure in general we wanted. They began quickly, and had some quiet music playing. Joy was my masseuse, and Tina did work on my partner. They started with our backs, necks, and about halfway through, had us turn over for the front. They applied a good amount of pressure, and adapted when we asked for more or less pressure in specific areas. Joy made some quick conversation to get us comfortable, and then it was silence for the rest. Very peaceful and relaxing. They asked about pressure, temperature, and specific areas that we wanted work on. They have obviously listened to former reviews and have made great improvements. I want to note that I am a personal trainer, and my partner works with their hands almost daily. It was deeply soothing, and I started falling asleep at one point. They definitely know what they're doing, and were very professional. I highly recommend Joy, and Tina got a great review from my partner as well. Prices are great as well. It was $60 per person per hour, and they did ask how much we would tip during payment. I was happy to tip them at a good rate. Massage is taxing to perform, and they were very deserving.
