I was super impressed by this place as soon as I walked in. The salon has off-street parking in the back and a handicap ramp for access. It's actually a house turned salon, which I thought was pretty cool! It felt like there was a lot of space - stylists weren't stacked right next to each other. My stylist was Hannah and she was great! I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and it happened. She was super friendly and speedy! They offer online scheduling too - huge perk! (This makes me feel all sorts of feelings! Why can't things stay the same and continue forever and ever?) However, nothing is forever, darling. I now see another amazing massage therapist at Indy Massage Company named Matthew. He is pretty great, and I look forward to relaxing on his table each month at IMC. He is intuitive and firm yet incredibly gentle, and I'm able to just surrender and let him work his magic. I've mostly only booked Swedish massages with him, but one time I booked a longer session where he really worked out the muscles in my upper back and shoulders, which really needed attention. Indy Massage Company is one of my favorite places in Indy, and I continue to love visiting this place when I can.

I am giving 1 star to warn others about the outdated and unnecessary inflexible terms of their…read moremembership. I paid monthly membership for a year, cancelation requires 30 day notice and you are required to use any credit by the end of that month. When I went to use the credit, I learned that can't be used on product, only service, or they just retain those funds. In this day and age, these types of inflexible terms in order to retain money are really disappointing. It's a great way to lose a customer for life.
