I was deeply disappointed with my experience at Logan Institute. In looking for help to treat my…read moreLong Covid, I believed LI combined the best of western and alternative therapies. However, that is not what I found. At my diagnostic conference I learned they use Dr. Peter McCollough's protocol to treat Long Covid. His protocol, using Ivermectin, has been discredited for years, yet he still promotes it. Baylor's Health System where he was employed has disassociated itself from him. Texas A&M College of Medicine removed him from their faculty. And the American Board of Internal Medicine has revoked his certifications. Because LI is using this discredited protocol, I felt I could not trust their other very numerous supplement recommendations. In addition, LI does not believe in taking any Covid Vaccines, believes the vaccines are causing my problems, and advised against the boosters, despite my explaining that I've never had an adverse reaction to any of the boosters, only tremendous problems from my two actual cases of Covid illness. While I believe vaccine injury is real for some people, that is not my case. I am doing everything possible to prevent another Covid illness, but they advised me not to wear a mask or get another vaccine. We clearly were in 2 different camps. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have saved myself a great deal of money and 4-5 months of waiting to get help. While some of their lifestyle suggestions were helpful, and I don't doubt they have helped others with different health issues, I am looking elsewhere for Long Covid treatment.

Wow! What a fantastic place! Dr. Logan is one of a kind, both an M.D. and having a degree in…read more chinese medicine. His knowledge and bedside manner is fantastic! He truly addresses all levels - body, mind and spirit. Such a wide range of treatment modalities in his office: herbs, supplements, acupuncture, physical therapy, massage therapy. His office does not take insurance, you need to do your own billing. HIs services addressed medical problems that my other doctors didn't know about, or how to address. Takes awhile to get on the books for an appointment, because he is so busy, because he is so good! He doesn't need a review on here, he gets all his clients by word of mouth. But had to share what a wonderful experience it is being under his care.

Dr. Stock is completely different. He takes tons of time with me -- I'm not sure how he pulls it off! He answers all my questions, he gives me hope, and I have seen good results. One particular moment, he went above and beyond any reasonable expectation of care of a Dr., and made himself available to me for solving something. You won't go wrong coming to see him.

Dr. Stock is in a league of his own. His broad expertise of a wide-range of health conditions is astounding and he has been able to help me more with my health in a matter of a few months than other doctors did over multiple years. He is able to explain things in a way that I can understand and for the first time I have a clear path for my health journey rather than feeling like I am working with doctors who are just guessing and hoping something works. He also goes above and beyond to save his patients money. He is not looking to recommend designer high-cost supplement or order labs that aren't completely necessary. After spending a fortune on other "top doctors" I really appreciate his care and concern for saving his patients money.

Yes, I had access to email and cell however there were countless excuses : " I'm sick, my kids were sick, I moved, my internet isn't working, my cell isn't working". Whether we spoke on the phone for 9 minutes or 30 minutes I was still charged $200...and that wasn't even seeing her in person. She as well as her nutritionist, Barb, reiterated countless times that they don't work for free and emailed as well as texted personal issues which I feel, should be none of a patient's business. My final decision of leaving Dr. Lauren is when I received this text from her: "I skipped breakfast with my kids to reply to your email this morning. Today is a patient day so I likely won't be readily available for the rest of today either. After today I will need to start charging for all of my time spent emailing back-and-forth ... I'm sorry and have never had to say this to a patient before but it's out of hand how much personal time I have spent communicating with you." I'm sorry but after spending $1400 and seeing Dr. Lauren ONCE in person and having to wait almost 2 weeks just to get BLOOD RESULTS...yes BLOOD WORK RESULTS and over a month to get the other test results, this is UNACCEPTABLE...she is way in over her head with personal/husband/boyfriend (whatever you want to call it) issues and having too many children...I don't appreciate the times in the past as well as my only visit in October, that I have to share her attention with her child that is attached to her breast then crying during our treatment. If you are going to see patients, then focus on them. Don't bring your personal life in EVERY aspect into your "practice". an unsatisfied patient
