I felt like there was something off about the visit so I ended up taking her to comer cER where she was looked at much more thoroughly and was told there's zero signs of an ear or eye infection and they have no clue why the doctor there said that. The pediatrician was also concerned about the antibiotics given by the doctor here and said they were way too strong for such a little baby. Do not waste your time going here. They make up stuff so they can bill your insurance for a higher bill. Since writing this review I have received hateful emails I'm sure which are from either the owner of a staff member there.

The staff failed to properly verify my insurance or explain whether my visit was covered, partially covered, or would result in an out-of-pocket balance. I am now facing an unexpected bill. When I contacted billing for help, they refused to verify my insurance. I was also told that the intake staff is responsible for confirming coverage and discussing any potential patient responsibility before services are provided. That conversation never happened. To make matters worse, Ikesha disconnected my call when she appeared unable to address my concerns. The entire experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and unacceptable. Patients deserve transparency regarding insurance coverage and possible costs before receiving care--not a surprise bill afterward and no meaningful assistance from billing. My throat hurt like ****, and i felt like utter garbage. My clinic and internist were booked and i was due to get on a flight to Denver the following morning. Ugh. I googled and found Chicago Express Doctors. The doctor came in, gave me the strep culture which came back positive. He gave me an injection of antibiotics, which i had never had. He also gave me a steroid to decrease my swelling in my neck. He also gave me a Z-pack, sore throat rinse. I never had to leave the house! No runs to the pharmacy, no waiting in lines. IN-CREDIBLE.. i have had strep many times in my life, but never have i felt better so quickly! Honestly, the throat felt better within 3/4 hours. I was able to get on the plane the next morning, felt wonderful. All i can say is WOW. If only all docs did this. I just can't say enough great things about these guys. Fabulous A++++ thank you!!

When I walked in the staff was attentive and professional. I completed some paper work and barely waited 10 mins before I was called in for a revision. So far so good. I was given a covid test which I later got a bill for $100! And a strep throat test. Once I saw the nurse I explained my symptoms to her. I was told I had severe inflammation but did not know if it was due to a virus or allergies. I was given the option to take a steroid or to wait it out for a few more days and try OTC Flonase. I didn't feel comfortable taking a steroid without a verdict so I went with the alternative. A few week weeks later I get a text for a $252 bill! Not even a bill in the MAIL! So I had no news till now about a bill! I Kept getting multiple texts/calls in one day. By the way I NEVER received my COVID results! The quality of care and lack of transparency for the cost is the reason I will Never go back. DO NOT GET A COVID TEST if you don't want to pay $100+. GET ONE for $25 at the pharmacy. It takes less time than an emergency room, and even if you're paying out of pocket and have additional questions about something completely unrelated to the reason you randomly walk in for, each doctor respectfully takes the time to answer the question and if they can't they are quick to provide an appropriate referral. I always get there just before closing bc of work and I've never been met with anything but kindness... These guys are great and I think that collectively they could run a hospital.
