I strongly advise not to go to this clinic. My experience was disappointing and felt like a clear case of being taken advantage of. After receiving standard care, my bill reflected a shocking amount, 6x higher than what other reputable clinics charge for the same services. It was disguised in the amount of additional "lab fees". When I tried to resolve the issue at the clinic, I was referred to billing who let me know they would review it and get back to me. Instead of following up or working with me, they escalated my balance to collections. Their billing practices feel predatory, and it seems like they prioritize profit over patient trust. Be cautious about going here and consider other options. I have since went to Midwest Express Clinic down the street who charge the normal amount for "lab fees". read more

She claimed the information goes away ,which it doesn't I came to a location 10 minutes away from that one and she got us in just fine . This place is ridiculously stupid. They tried to charge me an initial registration fee of new co-pays and other pre-visits fee for their new online system. When I asked them why they were trying to charge me 160.00 right off the bat without being seen. The ghetto lady told me she couldn't tell me and only directed me to a bar code. They won't see you until you pay the fee. She said the fee can be up to 300 for some patients. Sounds like their new scam. Yea I would stay away. read more

The place has you select an appointment time online and suggests you sit outside until they text you it's time to come in. Then they proceed to have you wait in the waiting room and office before being seen. Went on a slow Friday for something very routine. It is Tuesday evening and still have yet to get a call with test results. When I called, the not so friendly person answering the phone said they were very busy but hopes to get to the results somewhat soon. That was yesterday. Still no call back. What used to be a really nice and efficient place has changed. I will consider elsewhere for care going forward. read more

I went to the 5961 N Lincoln Ave #102, Chicago, IL 60659 location on February 2, 2025 and had a terrible experience. The front desk person was rude and pushy! They are MOST definitely concerned about making money off of you rather than treating a patient with care and respect!!!! I asked if they could take a look at 2 problems I had but said they would only treat one. Then suggested it was a workman's comp issue but it wasn't and I was required to make another appointment to collect more money rather treating me at the time. I did not get medication I really needed for my asthma issue! Although, they did give me a prescription for Albuterol for nebulizer treatments which I needed to breath. They suggested testing me for a respiratory infection which I agreed but it would take 4 days to get results. Than they would treat me with proper medication 4 days later with the results. I was contacted that the results were in than I called back for the result. I was told the doctor was busy and would call me back. The doctor NEVER called me back with the results. By that time I had already seen my primary care doctor who gave me the proper medication just based on my symptoms unlike Physicians Immediate Care!! I will never go there AGAIN and will recommend to my friends and family NOT to go there too. Apparently, the Hippocratic oath is inconsequential to this "care" facility!! They took me in 20 mins, and everyone was so so friendly. Had such a great experience. They were able to prescribe me antibiotics and I received them within 10 minutes. Will def be going back when I am not feeling well. So much better than the ER!! read more

this is the most unprofessional clinic !!! the doctor Rafferty B. is highly unprofessional. he does not listen to his patients, he doesn't remember what he tells his patients and when they patients return he goes against their word as if it's a argument . doctor rafferty completely ignored my cries for medical attention multiple times . I requested an mri referral from the clinic and the doctor denied it all 3 times even though I'm in pain . this doctor has to realize that he doesn't feel what the patient feels therefore he cannot make an assumption that the pain is made up or non existent . very unprofessional my documents were also lost !!!!!! read more

Went here because i had to for a new employment drug test. scheduled a 5pm appointment, didn't get taken back till 535 for a literal 2 minute process. Worst time management i've ever had to deal with. Take yourself to midwest urgent care clinic, in and out. read more

I had a 10am appointment to have a small child get a COVID test. It's 11:15 and we still haven't been seen. What's the point of an appointment if they can't hold it? Hard to see why I'd come here for testing instead of my normal doctor or Walgreens. read more
