I honestly yelped it and it had no wait so I was happy about that. I really didnt want to wait in the emergency department from a hospital when I knew it was a minor thing. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and informed to sign in. I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork due to I was out of state seeking care for my son. The receptionist stated I needed to pay out of pocket and I was fine with it but I knew they could contact my health insurance and get it squared away. After talking to the receptionist she politely obliged and said she would figure it out we just needed to get our son seen. (I thought that was super nice). I honestly waited about 25 min from coming in to being brought into the doctors office. The doctor that saw my son was very knowledgeable and efficient. Loved that fact that he asked us if we had any questions yet he explain everything that he was doing. He went into detail of what was wrong with our 18 month. I am happy to say if I visit family I have a pediatrician to go to. I was in n out within the hour. If I need them I will come here first. Thank you pediatrics on demand!!

From the attached enclosed multi-story parking lot, to the registration and wait times for a scheduled procedure, and the nursing staff we encountered ... this was a seamless experience. Our surgical procedure was scheduled, so we did not visit the emergency room or any of the other resources available at Advocate Christ Medical Center ... but as a Level I trauma center with almost 800 beds, Advocate Christ can do it all. This used to be simply Christ Hospital, but it is now part of the Advocate Health system ... an affiliation of 11 hospitals and some 200 satellite facilities. If you need hospital care, Advocate Christ Medical Center is a great alternative. Recommended.

Because I had chills and a slight fever, a family member gave me a home COVID-19 test, which was negative. I left home with plenty of time to get to my appointment, but the Kiosk would not acknowledge either my name or my confirmation number. Finally, a receptionist came out and had me sign in on paper. I finally got in to see a Medical Professional, who listened to my symptoms, then told me I had to go to another facility. I got to the OSF facility before they close. The PA there examined me, ordered a prescription, gave me a note for work and was very professional. I don't understand why CVS gave me an appointment if they would not treat me! I WON't be back!
