I honestly yelped it and it had no wait so I was happy about that. I really didnt want to wait in the emergency department from a hospital when I knew it was a minor thing. When I walked in I was greeted immediately and informed to sign in. I had to fill out a bunch of paperwork due to I was out of state seeking care for my son. The receptionist stated I needed to pay out of pocket and I was fine with it but I knew they could contact my health insurance and get it squared away. After talking to the receptionist she politely obliged and said she would figure it out we just needed to get our son seen. (I thought that was super nice). I honestly waited about 25 min from coming in to being brought into the doctors office. The doctor that saw my son was very knowledgeable and efficient. Loved that fact that he asked us if we had any questions yet he explain everything that he was doing. He went into detail of what was wrong with our 18 month.
