My Ram never looked better! Their work is flawless. They matched up the Delmonico Red paint perfectly, which is not easy since it is a two tone scheme. They had to replace the bed body. The Ram box lids actually fit better than when my truck was new. Their communication was excellent with almost daily updates and personal phone calls when hiccups happened. While I never "want" to need collision repair (who does, right?), there's no doubt in my mind that I'll send my vehicle to Shoemaker Collision if something happens. Two of the events were self-pay, and we got a price up-front that was affordable and understandable. The work was amazing, especially the paint! The other two events involved other drivers' insurance companies, and in both cases the Shoemakers worked with the insurance company to ensure that our vehicle was repaired correctly.
