From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the customer service was amazing. Everyone was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood the different options and what to expect. The ceramic tint looks incredible and has made a huge difference in both the appearance and comfort of my vehicle. I love the added benefits of ceramic tint, including excellent heat rejection and UV protection, while still giving my vehicle a clean, sleek, high-end look. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Everything was installed so cleanly, with great attention to detail around all of the windows, windshield, and sunroof. It's obvious they take pride in their work, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Another thing I really appreciated was that the price was very reasonable for the quality of work and the ceramic tint. I feel like I received an excellent value for the money, especially considering how professional the service and finished product were. The entire experience was easy, professional, and stress-free. They answered my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my choices, and truly provided outstanding customer service. If you're considering getting your vehicle tinted, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for window tinting. If you're on the fence about where to go, I definitely recommend giving them a call. You won't be disappointed. The combination of excellent customer service, quality workmanship, ceramic tint, and a reasonable price makes this a five-star experience in my book! Thank you for doing such an amazing job! I absolutely love how my vehicle turned out!

She told me she walked in and the guy kind of gave her a bit of tude, she brushed it off since she has worked in customer service before and he was probably having a bad day. Immediately after we left, he called her and said "it looks like a family of scarecrows exploded in your car." In working in customer service myself, you don't make comments like that towards customers as it can put them off and make them feel ashamed and embarrassed. We all let our cars get bad sometimes, we KNOW, we're already embarrassed, you don't have to make it worse. She called him out on it and he told her to come pick up the car. So we walked in to try to have a chat with his manager on some professionalism, turns out, he's the owner, Kyle. Instead of trying to discuss anything, he just ran to the back after being called out for his unprofessionalism. Usually, I'm not the type to write reviews or even call out a crappy customer service experience, but his attitude and disrespect was just unreal. As I was considering also getting my two cars detailed here, I no longer will be.

Well it grew into a 16 inch crack within 24 hours. I opened a claim with my insurance assuming I had no deductible glass coverage. Apparently I don't. My deductible was higher than the cost of glass....so off I went to start shopping. I was able to get 1 online quote from another company that seemed pretty reasonable based on what the insurance company told me. Then I decided I could find out more shopping on Yelp. I work evenings and nights so I was very grateful to be able to work with a customer service rep over email. Mary was always very responsive to my questions and scheduling an appointment. She gave me a quote that was nearly $100 less than all the other quotes and they would be able to come to me for service. The technician assigned to me was John. He is a customer service dream! Kind, genuine and communicated all the information in a very easily understandable fashion. My garage has a low clearance and he took extra care to make sure that his vehicle would not cause any damage. It seems like an obvious thing, however, there are some really heavy damage on our garage doors because people don't take the extra time to see if they really fit. The whole thing from the time he called to tell me he was on the way to the end was 45 minutes. The glass is great (actually shows now how dirty the rest of my car is...). I had all the "dos and don'ts" post installation. They took my credit card and was processed at the beginning of the job. I would gladly and highly recommend Glass Today. Ignore the 1-star guy. Mary follow up after the job was complete to make sure my experience was good. All-in-all, it's just how customer service should be!!
