I've been here to have my truck undercoated and to have my car detailed - a few years apart. I absolutely loved the experience with my truck, they took great care of it and loved it as much as I did (It's an old rust free F150, somewhat rare for the Midwest). When I was shopping around for a detail, they were pretty reasonable in pricing. Other places quoted me $250-$500+, which I thought was crazy for an already clean car. I think I paid $260 here, which isn't awful, but I wasn't super impressed with the detail. Especially given the car was already very clean, I still found dust and dirty glass. read more

I took my 2020 Mercedes Benz to Ziebart for the second time on a redo. although the windows look great, my speaker cover on the passenger side door panel was bent. i didn't notice until i were able to wash the car days later. (that was the first time the car been move since window tint). upon reporting to Ziebart that my vehicle was damage while in their care. the manager immediately said i trust my guys. remind you from first time of bad window tint to the redo 10 months has passed and the vehicle was in storage. i dust the vehicle off before taking it back. no damage. now .damage read more

These guys did a fantastic job detailing my car. Got a lot of the leather stains out and looked brand new. They also did a wax and polish. Water is still beading up beautifully weeks later. read more

Had rustproofing done on a new car in October. Got a chance to inspect the job from underneath when I changed my oil. Not very thorough. Looks like they just spray what is easily accessible. Example: the car has plastic panels underneath that screw to the frame, presumably to control wind flow. Anyway, they did not take the time to unscrew these panels and spray frame components behind them. They simply spray the over panels and exposed frame members. So, the road salt will inevitably find its way into the crack between these components. There was no undercoating visible under the engine compartment at all. They could have got this just by opening the hood and spraying low, or removing for screws to drop the plastic that shields the oil pan. I called to express my concerns, as I am buying another new vehicle and want rust protection. Matt was very polite and professional over the phone, but did not give me confidence that they would do any better next time. Waste of money, I'm afraid. I NEED good rust protection. It's only as good as the tech making the application. This has all the earmarks of a "once over lightly". read more

Before Christmas I called and spoke to Joe. He was very condescending in his tone to put it nicely. So I never followed through with the service I wanted done. Now today the person working there mocked my son. He was there for a repair to the auto start they installed some time ago. Not nice or professional. Should learn how to speak to a paying customer.
