They did a fabulous job wrapping my 2022 Tesla model S and it looks great! So it's protected now. With a Tesla you get alerts when the door or trunk or whatever is opened.... and they were opening and closing from the moment I left!. that just proved how hard they work on a car. They told me there is a lot of work wrapping a car. And I saw it with all my alerts. The place is immaculate! Its cleanliness and friendliness and determination to make it as seamless, no pun intended, it's just great for me to have that confidence, they are doing a great job! I recommend them to anybody. Not sure why my original review was removed. I want to share my customer service experience. I went toTint Pros Fridley on Feb 17 to get my car done. My boyfriend had setup the appointment for me to get the rear hatch window re-tinted. Prior to me coming in, he managed to get a quote for the removal and re-tint for a reasonable price. They quoted him $110. He included the details (such as make/model, location of where it needs to be tinted). After the tint job was done, I was charged $155, but an extra $50 for the tint removal (totaling $165). I mentioned that was not what I was quoted. And Oliver and didn't really try to work with me through the price discrepancy. I didn't really ask too many questions and left. It felt awkward. The job that was completed seems ok enough. The removal didn't mess up my defrost lines. My boyfriend was upset and HE mentioned that he had a feeling that would happened since I was female. It was one of his major concerns prior to me coming in. Luckily, I was able to chat with someone in Medina to help me out. Granted, that was troublesome, because without telling her the backstory, I sought out a quote for my issue and she gave me a completely different number for a tint job and removal. Then see saw the problem and realized the issue with these quotes. But, after some chatting. I forgot her name, but she was able to help me fix the issue, which I am super grateful for. The fact that she was able to refund (after speaking to her for 30 mins) was at least something good, I guess. A month later - Mar 17, I noticed that my tint started to bubble up. Super frustrating because I just got it re-tinted and to remove and re-tint is a concern for my defrost lines. read more

Phenomenal spot!!! For starters the quality of work is the best I've ever personally seen. We've lived all over the country(west coast, east coast, down south) and this place takes the cake. Next, customer service is unprecedented of any auto place I've been to for any reason. Tien adjusted their schedule to get my car in last minute. Then he gave me a ride to my work so I wouldn't have to walk and I tried telling him no. He insisted it was no hassle and would only take a couple minutes out of his work day. Then, they got done with my car early and did a little interior detailing before I got there! Finally, the knowledge they have of mid- to high-end car detailing blew me away. They knew exactly what to do with my Model S. They had all the right recommendations and delivered on everything. Great place overall. I have not been pleased with the work of TintPros at all. I needed to the tint replaced on the rear window of my truck and when removing the old tint they ripped out and damaged the defrosters requiring a new replacement window. The new window took 2 weeks to arrive and needed to be tinted. Upon installation, there was about a two 6 inch scratches on the outside of the window, bubbles along the edge of the tint, and improperly cut tint so light was coming through in about 4-5 different locations around the border of the window. Terrible job. Now waiting on ANOTHER window to be ordered. This window will not be tinted at TintPros since they have already ruined 2 of my previous windows. Would highly recommend using another tint service in the Minneapolis area. Their work has proven to be far from proficient, no attention to detail, and clearly rushed on all ends of the spectrum. read more

I give 5 stars for Tint Pros, not only did they accommodate me really well by answering all the questions I had emailed about, even the silly ones I had cause how would I know much about tint besides it looks bomb... lol anyways I made an appointment for 3 because I get off work at 3:30pm but I told em I could make it for 3. Well something came up and I ended up getting off work earlier and they were able to get me in right away at 12:30pm is when I shower up and they said they could get my car done the same day otherwise if I had came at 3pm it wouldn't be done until the next day which is not good when I need to go to work I got my 2015 Chrysler 200 S windows tinted 20% and they had it finished and texted me to come pick it up at 2:30! They did a good job, one window must of been replaced so it was harder to get into the corner of it and they showed me it but you can't even notice it now. Everything smoothed out nicely and it even rained the next day! I was bummed out lmao but it held up and nothing was damaged but they also gave me a lifetime warranty for it too! Shit they did a good job and I love my new tint!!! I'll definitely be getting all my work done by them in the future and I recommend anyone thinking about upgrading their tint to get it done by them. Just remember you need to give em a good amount of time to finish it otherwise your outta a vehicle. They also had a ton of choices they let me choose from and they had different affordable prices to choose from as well which is really nice and it don't feel like they are making you choose what they want. Overall a good experience for me here and I'm great full for the easy experience I got because when I'm doing something I have little knowledge about and they make it super easy for me and didn't belittle me for not knowing well that also made it be good service. read more

It was a few years ago that used this company. Damned few tinters found on line at the time. I had an appointment. The owner stood me up. He wasn't there the day of my appointment. The guys there knew nothing of it, and were booked solid with other jobs. I had to press for an answer to WTF. After pressing, I was told the owner was home sick. No call to save me the trip, but I cut him some slack for illness. It was nearly a week before he finally returned my calls. Plural. Calls. When I asked him about it, he said he was not sick; he had simply taken the day off. Now get this, his attitude was, "Do you want to reschedule, or not?" I rescheduled. They did the job as scheduled. Did a fine job, but not so much as an apology. He couldn't look me in the eye when I was there. Now that there are a number of other places to get tinting done, avoid this one. read more

Had to schedule an appointment to bring my vehicle back when the tint started peeling after less than an hour. Still have a problem even after bringing in back in again(rear window bubble after 3 weeks of curing) and the tint is scratched where they worked it too many times. Their hours aren't very convenient and no weekends. Already wasted 2 vacation days on this and can't afford to take more vacation time from work to deal with this so I guess I'm stuck with it. Went in on a friday morning around 930 AM or so to try and set up an appointment to get my new cars windows tinted. Sat in the office for about 25 minutes and no help at all. A couple guys came in from the detail side of the shop looked at me, and started to charge around behind the desk for something. When I asked him anout window tinting he informed me that someone would be out in a little bit, but they were really busy and went back to the detaiing room. Waited 20 minutes while another custimer played on his laptop, and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and leave and call the shop. I thought he they have to have a cell phone in one of the bays for taking calls right? I called no answer, but no big deal I could leave a message and they would call me back. Waited until 6pm that night and still no call or anything. Decided I'll try another shop that had really good reviews as well. Texted him and response back within 25 minutes, called him and asked about what film they used and was satisfied with the brands and made an appointment. I wasnt going to write a review, and figured they would call and I would inform they I had decided to go somewhere else, but they never called. Not even the next day at 454 PM as I'm writing this. I had decided on this shop because all the reviews said they had impeccable customer service, but sadly not for me on those 2 days. read more

They stated leave a review so here it is. 1) Made an appointment for my vehicle (early) Arrived on time, checked in, handed over keys. Sat for about 45m thinking car is in getting done. In walks a woman she stated she just bought a car and her friend works in the shop and she stated he said just come in. Then 10m later gentleman walks in same issue with a friend yet he was just having one window done. So Im going on 1 hour plus decided to go outside and yep my car has not moved an inch. So much for appointments. Window tinting triage!!! 2) Upgraded the tint film to 3M. I was not having the whole vehicle done yet charged for whole car, That I did get back a stipend. 3) Well big issue is I have a Highlander and four of the windows have bubbles at the top. Brought vehicle in showed this to the tech that came out. His explanation was "Well with these older vehicles you have lint" he proceeds to wipe his finger along the weather gaskets and there is lint on his finger. Proceeds to show me his finger "See he says" With that I ask so it will be that way and again "Yes" So much for a warranty. Bubbles after 7 days. Myself working with wood finishing I believe its called prep first, finish when ready. So if you have an older car going in make sure its lint free. read more

They aren't the cheapest in MN. But worth it. They've done a few cars for me, and not everyone is perfect so if issues arise it's nice to know they'll take care of you. They've been pretty helpful. Sold the BMW they did before I could get some bubbling fixed but that didn't bother the new owner. They do great work and supporting small business is great. I chose these guys because my normal guy who tints my cars was busy. I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR Touring and was hesitant about letting just anyone touch the car. The owner Triet lacks integrity in customer service. We agreed on a price for PPF and when I took it there for drop off next week he started waffling again and increased the price. I saw he had a few Tesla in the lot by then, so I presume he didn't need the additional business. I think their quality may have gone down lately because of overscheduling. The deal breaker for me though was the fact they changed the terms at the end. Be careful if you're going with them. As soon as you agree on a price, get it in writing. read more

Had my 2 of my cars tinted at Tint Pros and just picked up my 370z Nismo after a full front (Package 3) PPF wrap. Tien did a great job, even wrapping the tint around the edges of the hood! Can't even tell it's on other than it looking even better than the unwrapped portion. Will need to get a polish on there to make it sparkle! Next up I'm going to be getting my Edge front windows tinted to match the stock rears. Definitely recommend Tint Pros for window tint and PPF (Clear Bra). read more
