They used Chemical Guys products, which is a must for me, and went above and beyond by steaming the interior and meticulously cleaning every nook and corner. They even took out the spare tire for a thorough detailing! I added an engine detail, and the precision was outstanding. One of my cars is a convertible, which is tricky and time-consuming, but they handled it with expertise. I've tried other detailers before, but I often found flaws once I started using the car. This time, the work was nearly flawless. The only thing I would have liked was the use of a soft brush inside the rims, which they missed. Overall, this is the best detailing service I've experienced, and I I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to give their car a fresh, pristine look. Lets not forget the Rockstars Pedro & Jon who worked so hard. Worth every penny! I think the paper inside where you put your feet would be nice add-on.

Then when I arrived I was told there'd be another up charge for pet hair. In total I paid almost 200 so the Groupon is misleading IMO and all they did was vacuum the car and put tire shine on the wheels. As for quality of the service? There's still dirt all over my doors, they don't dress or shine the dash/doors, they didn't even clean the interior of my tailgate, and the ketchup on seatbelt? Still there.

After final attempts to reach him he got back and offered a refund. Guess what? No refund has been provided after 2 months of no calls/texts back. Poor communication, does not deliver what is promised, and feel like I have been ripped off. Super disappointing because I purposely looked for a local business I could support and then this happens. A gentleman, and a gentle man, Daniel exceeded all expectations when he brought our 8 year old Subaru back to life, and so much so, that it looked the same as it did when we brought it home from the dealer in 2017. We needed Daniel's help because we planned either to trade it in on a new vehicle or sell it outright. At the dealership our new-car sales associate offered us $500 shy of the highest price we were hoping to get! We jumped at the opportunity, and honestly, we're still in shock!! The associate later remarked about the condition of the car and how well-maintained it was; all due to Daniel's efforts and expertise. You need look no further than Minnesota Auto Detailing.
