This place is shady. My family had been buying cars from them for years. In recent years now, the management has changed or something cause they lie straight to your face and they aren't respectable. Twice now I went and looked at a car. The first one, they sold to someone else the next day without even contacting me. The next one, which was about a week ago, I left them an offer and they said they had to contact the original owner cause they were selling it for him. I called back the next day and it had nothing to do with the owner. The title was still under salvage, yet they neglected to tell me that when I was there. Anyways, they also add in some bs fees like a $300 dealer fee for "keeping the car in shape and clean" and other bs fees like that. I offered them $6500 for the car I was looking at and after taxes and "other fees" it came out to a whopping $8500. $2000 in fees and other nonsense. I called back to check up on the car multiple times and I tried getting a hold of Paul, the salesman who helped me. Every time I called he was unavailable or they said "he'll call you right back right now". Not once did I ever get a call from him or the dealership. This place has become very shady within the past few years and if I were you I'd go somewhere else so you don't lose $1000-1300 on fake taxes and other bs. read more

They failed to live up to the terms of the written contract when I purchased the car. The car needed work on it and they agreed to fix the problems if I gave them the money to purchase the car and everything they agreed to do was in writing. Siggy, the salesman told me not to worry because everything was in writing and it will be taken care of. When it came time for them to fix the problems with the car they refused. I will never buy another car from Midway Autohaus again and if you're looking for an honest deal stay away from this dealership. read more

In 2014 I bought a 2011 VW CC sport from this dealer and financed it. When I was shown the car fax the sales man said it was one owner prior to me and never been in an accident. In other words a clean car fax. However fast forward to this weekend I was given a car fax and it's showed that the vehicle has been in a major accident and had structural damage. (Midway Autohaus only showed me one page of the carfax instead of both; Kaya was the one to sell me the car) I was told that it's hard to sell a car with structural damages (financed) and I was never told this by Midway Autohaus. I've now read reviews on here and I see I'm not the only one this has happened to. Beware and do your research ! read more

Please save yourself the time and money!!!!!!! Beware these people are a rip off! Not only did they take advantage of me that I am WOMAN buying her first car, they broke my windshield while repairing my wipers (which took about two hours), and blamed me for it. First of all a very UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS! Joking around between the men was constant, instead of actually WORKING and taking care of thier customers. Low and behold, not even two weeks later and I find a light in the car come up with engine problems, the car starts rattling, and fuming and then find out there was no oil, and power steering oil, I needed a muffler, a coil, which ended up costing me an extra 450 dollars, plus the front wind shield which cost me 150, that I didn't break. I'm sorry but I think any dealer USED OR NEW car, should sell a working, complete car even if it is used it should have enough oil for at least a month don't you think. My list of complaints would probably not fit on here, and honestly speaking it takes a lot for me to complain. Please buyers beware do not come here, you will regret it later. read more

I purposely waited at least three months before writing my review on Midway Autohaus to make sure I wrote an accurate review. I am happy to say I am very pleased with Midway Autohaus's services. Here is my experience with Midway Autohaus that I hope will be beneficial for my fellow Yelpers. On 11/26/11 I purchased my 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan with the assistance of Mike Kosek. My boyfriend and I were searching for Tiguans for several months and had a bad dealership experience just a few days before with an actual VW Dealership before arriving at Midway. I still was car-less and frustrated with car shopping all together until my boyfriend saw an amazing price for a 2009 VW Tiguan with only 27K miles. We called right away on Thanksgiving and miraculously they were open for only another hour so my boyfriend and I rushed over there 45 min later. Even though they were closing in about 15 min, Mike was really nice and attentive to us. Most importantly, he made us feel comfortable even though we knew we were making him leave late on Thanksgiving. We took a test drive and I instantly fell in love but of course, I had to have my poker face on since I kept insisting it was too good to be true. After the test drive, Mike, my boyfriend and I discussed about our options with purchasing the car. He was very informative and the best part about Mike was that he wasn't pressuring me to do anything. I work in sales so I know the sales process and how sales people can be but he was so different and he was patient with us. Because I wanted my parents to see the car before purchasing but was too afraid that the car would be sold to another person since the price was so right, he offered to let us put a small refundable deposit which would guarantee the hold for the next couple of days so that my parents would have the opportunity to see the car. The agreement was that I'd put the deposit down that day, and that others would be allowed to see it but they wouldn't be allowed to buy the car until I made my final decision. I was a little hesitant but I went with my gut, put a deposit down, and made an appointment to see Mike two days later with my parents. After that day, I even went online and read reviews to see how legit the dealership was and although legit, they didn't have the best reviews so I was a little nervous coming back with my parents. I asked Mike to have the car detailed for my parents and I to see at the scheduled appointment and there were no problems. We arrived and from the beginning to the end of the sale, Mike was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Every question my parents and I had was answered and backed up by a CARFAX provided by M.A. The negotiation went well - it was already so discounted that there wasn't much room to negotiate the price even lower so I was fine with that. He even discounted to an even number just to make us even happier with the price. Mike didn't even have to ask for the sale; that's how much we liked the service, car, and price provided by him. The car was paid in full that very same day. I forgot the cashier's name but she was super friendly and informative as well. I read EVERYTHING in the fine print so she was very patient with my father and I before we signed ANYTHING. She was very efficient and I was happy with that too. The plates were provided the same day and they happily and accurately placed them on my car just as I asked them to. There were only two things that I would say that could've been handled better but they are petty reasons so I don't really hold it against them. We asked Mike to have information about bluetooth installation for the Tiguan by the date that my parents and I were coming in to purchase the car and that info wasn't provided for us because he forgot. Honestly, not a big deal and obviously it wasn't a huge priority because I still haven't installed it. A couple of days later Mike called me back to give me information on the bluetooth installation so I think that showed he went above and beyond to provide the best customer service possible. The second thing that could've been better to enhance my experience with M.A. from a 4 star review to a 5 star review was their company website (at the time I researched the company; now the website is a lot more informative with correct spelling on the description of the company, and etc...). In the future, I hope that the dealership makes more of an effort to respond to bad customer reviews on websites like Yahoo Reviews and Yelp because at least in my experience, that scared me off a bit and made me hesitant with purchasing a car from M.A. However, I am really happy with my decision and I was more than happy that Mike was my salesman. I'd definitely recommend Mike to my friends and family if and when they are inquiring about purchasing a car. Should I ever purchase another car, I'd definitely go to Mike first before shopping anywhere else. read more

Posting this exact review in as many places as I can find in the hopes it saves the next person time and money! If there are any positive reviews of this place, I can almost guarantee they are paid for/written by employees! If I could give negative stars, I would. Please heed the warnings from the MANY bad reviews and do not waste your time on this place. I thought the salesman I was working with over the phone was on the up and up and really helping me out - I told him the very SPECIFIC vehicle I wanted and what I wanted to spend - he said he would find me my car. Yeah, right. Wasted over two hours of my very valuable time on a Saturday to come look at the lot full of shit heaps that they have. All I can figure is that they pull cars from auctions all over the US. What I wanted: 2010- 2013 Nissan Quest, pretty loaded, with DVD system, less than 30k miles for around $20k. What I saw: base model Honda Odyssey, filthy, missing parts, damaged, and over 70k miles. I was LIVID that he dragged me down to the south side with an infant and a 20 month old to look at that garbage. And then had the audacity to say that the cars he told me about on the phone weren't in yet, but I could leave a deposit and come back. Are you effing kidding me? Who the hell does business like this? Save your time and money and go to a reputable dealership. This place is nothing but a pit of snaky salesmen that prey on the stupid. read more

After reading alllll the negative reviews I still decided to give them a try. Wow! ! ! The staff is so unprofessional and rude especially Mark!! Don't waste your time ,trust me!!! Plus all the cars are after accidents and it's hard to get a carfax from them pshhh . Definitely zero stars for them!! read more

Went in to buy a vehicle. Ad stated vehicle had clean carfax. Went in and test drive it. 2013 vehicle with engine knocking? Went back and asked for carfax. Said "it hasn't been in an accident" scrolled right past " structure damage reported ." And for some reason couldn't print it out. Luckily I saw the screen otherwise I'd had bought a damaged vehicle! Wouldn't trust them foreigners!! After the lady insisted I put down a deposit I declined and left. read more

Cars have frame damage bought from auction do your research before buying anything. Also the manager guy named don is more annoying than helpful, he trys to act like he's helpful but when we asked questions he doesnt know the answer or doesnt answer it at all instead talks in circles and we felt stuck there because the salesman told us to wait that their "manager" insists that we talk to him, for what i don't know but we left after that. read more

Dawn P When we decided to purchase a used car for my teenage sons to share, I was determined to do as much of the transaction as I could online before going to an actual dealership. As a result we searched extensively in a 50+ mile radius on multiple car sites for the best available Chevy Cruze to fit our budget. I emailed several dealerships about the cars we were interested in and then as I expected, the games began. The exception was at Midway Auto Haus. They didn't play games or get pushy, responded to our questions politely and transparently through both chat and phone, and surprisingly (in my experience) had posted their best price for all to see, which enabled us to buy a newer model car with more features and less mileage for our money. When we arrived there, they were equally attentive to both me and my son, gave solid advice to my new driver about the car features and functions, immediately addressed a minor issue with the car, and made the buying process pleasurable and memorable. The entire staff there was knowledgeable and available; Greg has assembled an effective team of trained professionals. We were out of there in a little over an hour with car, plates and sticker, and directions for a shortcut home! I strongly recommend Midway Auto Haus and might even buy used there instead of new for myself next year which would be a first. BTW this review accurately reflects my personal buying experience, no payment, promise or coercion required. LOL read more

If you decide to purchase a vehicle here make sure you get any warranty possible. They have no qualms selling cars with extensive mechanical issues. At the end of the day it's about selling cars no matter the condition. I understand it's a risk of buying used vehicles but with miles as low as 35,000 I wasn't expecting to have over 1,500 worth of mechanics issues within the first months of purchase. read more

Staff was ok. I purchased 2014 jetta carfax 1 owner with accident to front driver side. Car has been nothing but a piece of shit lemon. It's like they rigged it to drive decent for 1 day. I have replaced rear rotors, calipers and pads. Both wheel bearings on the front and still rides like garbage. I'm hoping to go to a legit dealer and trade it in. I already know I'm gonna lose my ass. I would stay away from these small auction car dealers. read more

I purchased a car from across state lines with these guys. The car had a few dings and scratched not mentioned in the ad, but overall was in good shape. Because I wanted to drive it back, they took it in for warranty standard service prior to the purchase. This is a crank and grind car dealership. You will not get espresso in the lobby and they are not going to massage feet while you wait. Go in, ask for what you want, keep asking until you get it. I would recommend this dealership to a friend. read more

Give this place a try! My mom was looking for a newer vehicle and we decided to try this place after a disappointing evening at a competitor. Midway Autohaus was amazing, to say the least! From the time we walked in, our time was respected and they were not into BSing their customers, and strictly told us what she can afford. We were only shown those cars! While previously at a competitor, we were shown cars twice over her limit! I highly recommend this place and regret not buying my car from here!!!!! Definitely worth the try! read more

Midway Autohaus is absolutely phenomenal. I went in just to inquire about a Mercedes. After a couple hours I was driving it home. They have the most top of the line vehicles and pricing is always fair. My salesman, Siggy, was also knowledgeable. I also had my 3 year old with me and Siggy saw to it that she was occupied. He went above and beyond to help me with my trade-in. They are very Veteran friendly and offered me great incentives because I'm a Veteran. I couldn't ask for more. Short wait time, a price I negotiated, Veteran preference, and understanding to my child. I certainly recommend!! read more

Although I use and depend on Yelp regularly, I have never felt the need to write a review (especially a lengthy one) until now. I created an account solely to praise Midway Autohaus for their excellent service. Before going to Midway Autohaus, I searched online endlessly for a Volkswagen Tiguan and decided to try my luck here, due to the reasonable prices and low milages posted on their website. Being that I am in my early 20's and just moved to Chicago, I was nervous about the entire process of purchasing my first vehicle. I just assumed that no one would offer me anything without a co-signer, considering the fact that I did not have a significant credit history (student loans do not count). My dad came into town to co-sign if needed, but as a last resort. Although, my biggest fear was potentially being haggled by a pushy car salesman. I was dreading feeling uncomfortable with having to bargain and debate with someone over pricing, monthly payments, and so on. However, my worries were completely nonexistent at Midway Autohaus! Due to the fact that I live 50 minutes north of Bridgeview, we called a few hours before making the trip to ensure they would be open. On the phone, Greg Ciszek assured that we could stop in anytime before 8:00 and ask for him. Once we arrived, we were directed to Greg, who brought us right over to check out the Tiguans available. Right from the start, I was pleased that he did not bombard us with questions and useless information. There was no pressure to make a deal. He was respectful and relatively quiet (in a good way!) and simply answered questions we asked. I absolutely loved the vehicle, took it for a test drive, agreed that I wanted to purchase, then moved inside for paperwork. He took our information and mentioned that I would most likely need to have my dad be a co-owner because of my lack of credit history, as I had already expected. When he returned after a credit check, he blew us away with good news. He said that I could be offered a loan by myself with a very low interest rate. I don't know how it happened, but I was ecstatic! Just when I thought I couldn't be any more pleased, they impressed me again when I we started talking about monthly payments. They basically gave me all control; there was no set number that I had to agree to or attempt to lower. I asked the woman to plug in several different options ($4500 down for 60-months, $3000 down for 60-months, etc), and she did so willingly. She did not try to talk me in or out of anything; she simply listened to my requests and agreed to what best fit my budget. Though I did end up putting $4000 down, no money down was required. Within two hours of arriving, I walked out with a new pair of keys in my hand, and a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I am incredibly appreciative of Greg Ciszek's kindness and excellent service. The whole experience was so easygoing, which I am extremely grateful for. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I would definitely recommend Midway Autohaus to anyone. Ask for Greg! ;) read more

Bought a 2013 Jetta and check engine light came on the next day, car won't turn on all the time and apparently mechanic found many more issues. As said in other reviews, they sell cars with frame damage but they manipulate the carfax they give to you so it doesn't appear in it. In short, they are scammers. The sales rep. I talked to , he can be anything but a salesman, he was leaning back behind his desk, & i told him am interested in one the vehicles they have on the lot , he gave me the price & said that's my final price, if u want if that's fine if not just go somewhere else ,so I just left , so definitely i don't recommend anyone to go there , they don't deserve anybody's business, The are just (UNPROFESSIONAL) It seems like am not the only one had a bad experience, I should have read the reviews before I went there. read more

Tried selling me a car with structural damage. No thank you. Funny thing, as I drive my new car around (same make and model but a year newer) I see that the one they tried selling me still sits there. They wanted about 13K for the car. It is a 2012 with around 50k miles. I don't regret waiting a bit longer because the car I found is better, a year newer with 16k miles and I paid nearly 3k less for it. Stay away if you can. The deals might sound good but some or all of these cars are after accident. This means you might have underlying issues if the cars weren't repaired right. The salesmen was trying to assure me that there's nothing wrong with the car but it showed two accidents on CarFax. He claimed none...... I don't like lairs. read more

Purchased my second car from these guys yesterday and I could not be happier! My first car purchase from them was 4 years ago and I never once had a problem with the car. I recently decided it was time for some change and so I went back in again to see Greg. Him and Issac made my transition into my new vehicle EFFORTLESS! Not only did I get my new Lexus 3.5k under Nada value, but I also received a fair trade amount for my car. All in all, a very positive experience once again. read more

First off I went in to buy a car, and it didn't work out, But everyone was helpful. Thanks to the salesmen for be so patient as well as the Manger Greg. Greg thank you so much, for trying to help out and to your finance guy. I will be back to buy a car soon and will recommend your dealer to everyone I know. Now that being said, We as consumer need to do our own research, If you find a car your interested in BUY the carfax, Do your own research!!!!! If your not knowledgeable on cars take someone with that is. If you do not understand the workings on Financing a Vehicle take or ask someone that is.....****REMEMBER for every $1,000 you take a loan out for, that adds bout $20 towards your monthly payment not including how long the term of the loan is (64,72) months and what % interest rate % you may have**** The more knowledgeable you are, the better experience you will have purchasing a vehicle. read more

Yes this place is small, however, they only have top quality vehicles. Their prices are the lowest on the market. After three long months of searching, I am glad I finally found a great car for a great price. The salesman are very friendly and not pushy at all. Whatever questions you have they will answer. If you are looking for a quality car without the high price, then this is the place to go! read more

I bought a 2008 A4 from the group. The carfax checked out. The day after I bought the car, a new line item came up as structural damage. This effected the value of the car and I lost $3000 on the resale. They were not upfront, but very kind during the sale. I am sure it was because I was the sucker that purchased the car with structural damage. At the end of the day, the car ran fine until I had to take the hit on the resale. Also, I may note that they would not give me a fair market price for the car when I tried to trade it in... due to structural damage... Go figure. read more

I am so impressed with these guys! I recently bought a 2015 Mazda6 isport and I have nothing but good things to say about Midway Autohaus. The salesmen there were very knowledgeable about the vehicles and frankly did not bullshit me, which was what I was so used to with other dealerships. They took the time to help me find the right fit and helped me with the right financing option. What was so impressive was how above and beyond they went to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this as your next place to purchase a vehicle!! read more

Midway Autohaus - Car Dealers Near Me - Bridgeview, Illinois

We had a very nice experience with this company last weekend. We were there to find a late model used car for my daughter. We talked with salesman Tom Rasinski, who listened to her needs and wants before recommending anything. She wanted a small, dependable car that would be reliable and durable. After driving several possible cars, she settled on a 2017 Toyota Yaris iA with 14000 miles on it that looks new and fit her budget. Carfax was provided and it was clean. Although she had arranged financing, they were able to get it from the same lender at 1% less for her. They allowed more for her trade-in than expected. They handled the paperwork without delay and delivered the car in about 20 minutes after the deal was made. Not a single negative, in contrast with the local Hyundai dealer and CarMax store. We would recommend this company if you need a used car and want to be treated well. read more

Terrible service avoid this place ! Rude salesmen and very unprofessional. Smoking while trying to sell a car is just bad business.

Place is a typical small car dealer. The salesman seem sleazy, but the odd thing was they were all old and looked like they never left the gym. Each one was big, or walked with their arms out to the sides to act big. It made me laugh. So back to the dealership, the inventory is small and very cramped. The cars were parked so close to each other they had to push all the side mirrors in. How is anyone expected to view a car when you can't even get next to it? I went last night to look at a civic SI which once I arrived it was obvious the car was in an accident due to the damage that was "covered up" The salesman introduced himself and said he would be right back with the keys. 10 minutes later I see him back outside hanging out with another salesman laughing and joking. At that point I decided to leave, little did he know I had cash in my pocket to buy the car. Their loss. I wouldn't recommend this place with so many other nice places out there. read more

Can I give zero stars? Be VERRYYY careful when purchasing a car here! I suggest you take the car to a mechanic that you trust an/or run the vin number yourself on BOTH auto check and Car Fax. These people ONLY showed me the carfax report on a car, the car fax showed that it had been in a front left side collision but that was it..I got a good deal on the car so I didn't worry much about one minor accident showing on the CarFax. Left the dealer, found out one wiper blade was completely broken replaced it the next day, this raised some red flags because if they didn't check something so simple what else didn't they check? I still let it go. That weekend I went grocery shopping, opened the trunk but found that the trunk didn't close. had to slam it shut in order for it to close. I took the car to the Hyundai dealer (Thank God!) and they came out saying that my ENTIRE trunk was misaligned, and after market parts were installed, therefore there must have been a rear end collision (see carfax above, never mentioned anything about that). Come to find out after an Auto Check was ran that this car was taken to auction and deemed to have "STRUCTURAL ISSUES" ! I did NOT sign off on that. Seems like they bought the car from an auction and "fixed it" themselves. Through much arguing and calling Autohaus they agreed to take my car back as it had only been a week. When I showed up with the car to turn it in, I got attitude from them and they were antagonizing me, threatening to not take the car back because I was pissed off.. Sorry not sorry you deceived me! They also showed me signature that wasn't mine on an autocheck and carfax that i NEVER signed. I know what my signature looks like and that wasn't it. The CarFax I signed was in color and they showed me a black and white one, that was NOT my signature they forged two documents to show me that I "signed' the auto check when I did not., I ONLY signed the CarFax which didn't show structural damage or an auction(which I later found out isn't always shown on CarFax! DO YOUR RESEARCH ON A PARTICULAR CAR USING VIN NUMBER BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS SHADY DECEIVING PLACE! Note to self: only buy a car form a real dealer not this chop shop that poses as a dealer Had I had never had a trunk issue more time would have passed and I wouldn't have known or been able to return the car. I am grateful that they took the car back, however, could have been worst for them if they hadn't! I am 100% positive that there is a lo of shady stuff going on here and karma is a biatch...this is NO way to run a business! This place disgusts me! read more

Horrible experience. We bought a volkswagen jetta, body and interior were excellent. Well the car came with only one set of keys. After purchasing the car we were very bothered that if we lost the keys what would we do so we called midway autohaus and asked if they would please get us a second set. The manager flatly refused then said he'd help out but we still had to pay $200. After just paying almost $11,000 for this car we were very unhappy with this and said forget it. Secondly, that very night we started having trouble turning the key to start the car then once we played with it for awhile it started but we had trouble getting the key out and had to wiggle it around awhile then finally got it out, after researching this we find out theres a bad ignition switch in the steering column and consequently could one time not be able to get the key out in which we would need a tow! That's not the worse of it, the check engine light goes on a week later so we check the oil. Keep in mind we were told ALL fluids in the car have been drained and all new fresh fluids were put in. LIES! Upon checking the oil, it was filthy, horrible. So we change the oil but the check engine light is still on. Take it to be checked and now it needs all new glo plugs which cost $105 each and there are 4 of them not including labor! This place is a scam! The money they take in and they cant even provide you with a set of spare keys and they lie through their teeth. First telling us all cars are checked thoroughly by their mechanics then by saying all fluids are changed. Please do yourself a favor and stay clear away from midway autohaus! read more

I had been car shopping for quite some time, I was looking for a used car and was on a budget. I visited a few car dealers with no luck. Same thing at every dealer.. right away they want to get you to test drive the newer cars and sucker you up into buying them. After the test drive they won't even tell you the price of the car and want to take you inside to run your credit, ughhh! No, no, noooo! So I come across Midway Autohaus and see a car online that I'm interested in and go see it on my day off. They didn't have the specific car I wanted but they did have a variety of other cars, all very affordable with good prices. Mike was my salesman and I told him right off the bat I didn't want to be pressured and told him my budget. He was in no way pushy and showed me the cars that fit my budget. I found a car I loved but decided to think it over and I went back a week later with my parents and test drove the car. After, he took us inside to run my credit and I ended up getting the car that day. overall, good experience with this place! I've had my car for a year and a half and haven't had any issues with it! I felt very comfortable here and didn't feel pushed or pressured. read more

My family and I have purchased 3 cars from this place over the past 3 years. What used to be a humble environment has turned into the cold blooded stereotype of the "bad car dealer experience". Im almost positive this is all do to the management at this place, horrible service, lemon vehicles (make sure you ask for that carfax not carfox), dishonest sales methods and the cherry on top is everyone in there walks around with a big head!!!! For what??!?!!!!! You sell used cars!!! The story goes like this.... I walked in there a few months ago with a friend that was interested in buying a vehicle at the time, we looked at it, asked if this is the best price they can do, then the manager started barking from his walmart desk (which is like the desk next to the guy that was helping us) stating that the dealer sells over 100 cars a month and going on and on how rich he is while he was wearing his walmart clothes, payless shoes and what appeared to be a timex watch, (I'm not judging but don't talk the talk if you cant back it up) its like he was watching boiler room the night before and was thinking it about all day and really really really really badly wanted to pretend he was a high roller (dude you sell used cars RELAX!), my friend and I looked at each other and just couldn't help laughing hysterically, we couldn't believe that the manager was going on this crack infested barking session from our simple question of "is this the best price you can do?" We then walked out and gave the business to a place that appreciates our business. Anyways I had to share the story, every time I see this places name I always remember that incident, my advise go somewhere your money is appreciated this place isn't honest. read more

Run the other way! They sell vehicles with frame damage. I asked about prior damage to the vehicle and was given the CarFax report. We trusted this (and them), purchased the vehicle. We got it to the shop only to find out 3 of the 4 rims were bent! We've put almost $5000 into the vehicle and now here we are about a year+ later wanting to trade in and we're told there was frame damage that was repaired and they showed us the AutoCheck that stated it was sold at auction (to Midway) with frame damage. Now we're well under value as that greatly depreciated the cars value. Learn from our mistake and DO NOT SHOP HERE, DISHONEST seller. read more

If it sounds too good to be true... It probably is. I went to look at a luxury suv that I saw online. It was priced well below the competition and had a clean carfax. Asked if it had been in an accident or had any body work. The sales guy said that there was no accident on the carfax and that they hadn't done any body work. After a closer examination, it was obvious that the car had been in a pretty decent accident and had body work done. I wouldn't say that I was lied to, but the truth was definitely omitted. Please save yourself the trip and look elsewhere. If you do go, make sure you take a very close look at the lines of the car, the symmetry of the gaps between the panels, and the paint (peeling clear coat, overspray). It's not worth it to save a couple thousand in my opinion. You get what you pay for in the end. read more

I am very happy with the service at Midway Autohaus. The sales service was very good and salesman was very helpful to me. I purchased a Honda Minivan and I couldn't be happier with the deal I received. I have recommended their service to my friends and will keep recommending it as this place gets an "A+ " read more

My husband and I needed a second car, and we decided to search for a decent used lexus hybrid as we tend to drive alot and right now we have an Explorer which we all know it's a killer in gas.. After searching for about 3 mths, we found a nice one which per CarGuru was priced under budget which was 1 point on our side. We applied for the loan and after numerous conversations and emails with Marek, he informed us we (we is to may people I should say my husband :) were approved. 2 points... he called us Sat. morning to come down, and was extra nice informing us to come in the PM because right now they were extremely packed and he didn't want us to just wait around and waste the day away. I told him our budget, etc. and when we arrived at the dealership Marek greeted us in a very professional manner and their staff a side from being very busy were VERY NICE and helpful.. We arrived at the dealership around 4 and was out by 6:15 WHICH WAS NOT BAD compare to other dealerships I've been to. I know everyone has different experiences and opinions, I mean my sister is a huge fan of a certain Mexican restaurant and my husband and I are not because we were treated like scum... Should anything happen, I will most definitely update my review, I PRAY I DON'T HAVE TO but we shall see. Lourdes and Chris Lewis read more

Worst experience. They even got an advance a couple of hundred dollars from me and I found through Autocheck report that the car had a structural damage, which they never revealed during my visit. And the worst... they never paid back the advance after cancelling to buy.... Worst dealer... read more

I went in to look at a car the other day, and liked one on the spot. I acted interested and asked if the car has been in any accidents. I was told it was not. I then asked my uncle who is a mechanic to come and take a look at it, and was immediately shocked by what he found. There was hidden damage, the car was rebuild, but the Carfax they provide you with somehow does not show it. Either the damage was not reported yet or the Carfax report was manipulated. My friend bought her car there and she also recently found out the car was in an accident they did not mention. Most people will fall for it if they don't know what to look for. I'm happy I did not. DON'T BUY YOUR CAR THERE! read more
