Figuring out the needs of a new dog has been challenging and their staff has always been patient when answering all my questions. They've made great toy recommendations in regards to our sweet plush-destroying pup. When picking up dog food late one night their staff walked me to my car and help load my items. She offered to check immediately, and did find two types that weren't exactly what George used but my grand daughter decided to try one. We thanked the team member, hung up, and decided to go up to the store and get the substitute product . The property is bright and clean with a good variety of items for many pets.
