The down side is because the donuts are made to order they are extremely warm after the fry and the frosting will melt over the donut. They will be messy. It is still a very good donut and if one enjoys a slightly messy donut they will enjoy them. If one is ordering for the office or at home, one could ask for their donuts to be cooled a bit prior to being glazed or decorated so that the frosting sets better.
