Two other firm's salesmen proposed much more expensive units with all sort of add ons and all needed electricy to operate or a battery backup that only lasts for 6-8 hours. Pretty useless for me. Sundance Installation was right on time, took about 5 hours, the installer was very professional and left everything clean and neat. The istallation passedEdmonds city inspection which Sundance arranged. I am very happy. I don't inderstand the negative reviews, mine was a great experience. The unit meets my needs perfectly and was $5,000 less than the other two quotes which presured me to buy features I simply don't need for a power outage backup. It is pretty also, with nice logs and colorful flikering flame and a convenient tremote control.
