Roger came promptly and timely for the scheduled morning appointment. Very cheery and nice, he had only begun to work a few minutes, when he let me know he was finished. My "dead" outlet was my own daft oversight of a related wall-switch connected to the respective outlet (alas, for as long as I have lived here, I have never use that switch and must have knocked it to "off" at some point... silly me). I had a very good experience with with them as the electrician was very knowledgeable of this process, the options that were available and once he got into the ceiling the challenges that needed to be addressed. Mike showed me the original shoddy installation of the duct work and gave me options on how to make this new installation work and also proceed in the future to have roofer come out and correct the issues. He took pictures of the areas and gave me instructions on what to tell the roofer. He didn't have to do this but I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. I came away with the feeling that he is someone I could trust. All in all I am very happy with the results and I am going to use Kemly again in the near future of other projects that are coming down the pike.
