That extra step mattered to me because it showed he wasn't just trying to do a quick fix and leave. Everyone has been really great to work with. May 2024 - I finally scheduled our annual maintenance. They sent James out. He was fantastic. A wealth of knowledge, polite and professional. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan to save money. He made good recommendations based on my needs and concerns of my allergies. Much appreciated! 2026 update - our heat pump stopped working and needed replacement parts. I paid for them to send a tech to diagnose it and they followed through with the work which is under the 10-year warranty. Tech, Hagen was very nice and professional and made sure to answer all of my questions. Kudos to the office staff, Brittny, Erin and everyone who took my calls while I was eagerly waiting for parts & repair. They treated me very kindly and proactively communicated each step of the way. I had to call them five times before they finally sent someone. Turns out the salesman hadn't secured the door properly, so the safety switch never engaged -- a super easy fix. We had a cold night with small kids in the house and they showed zero urgency fixing a problem they caused. Their quote was also the highest I got. I don't blame the salesman for the mistake, but the company doesn't stand behind their work at all. I'd never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
