We were told the panel replacement job would take 8-10 hrs. Lee never showed up on time to work (only on days he collected money). He would leave the job for random reasons used every excuse you could imagine why the work was not done or why he was late. He has mastered the art of making us, the homeowners feel like we were inconveniencing him. My wife or I took off each day to allow access to the property and it became a real inconvenience to our professional and personal schedules because of his time management skills. It took Lee 3+days to complete a job he bid at 8-10 hrs, working until midnight on a Friday before we asked him to leave. Here is the kicker. Lee scheduled the final inspection and he specifically told us that he would be on site for the inspection... Well, he was a NO call, NO show. His work FAILED inspection! He did not answer any calls from us or the inspector. When we finally got a hold of him the next morning, he was quite upset. Irritated that we would call him at 8am on a Friday ( he claimed it was his day off). He had the arrogance to be upset with us and tell us that the City Inspector had no clue about the codes and he had no idea what he was doing. So, Lee stated he would NOT return to the job and address the issue that did not pass inspection, unless we paid him an additional $400 to cover his time. We respectfully decline his offer. I sent Lee Palmore a text stating we would report him to L&I, the Contractors Board, the City and any other agency we could think of. Lee quickly called us back and quickly changed his tone. He offered to come over right away to do the correction at no cost. We also declined that offer. Our family's safety and peace of mind is too important to allow this type of person, one who lacks integrity, back into our home to do any type of work. We no longer trusted or believed in his business practices. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to hire another company, who charged us $500 to address the correction needed by the inspector. 24/7 Electric arrived early and finshed the work in 30 minutes. We passed! This was our personal experience with Palmore Electric, so take what you want from our review. A business license and a shiny work vehicle does not guaranty you honesty or integrity. Please proceed with caution and chose differently.

TL;DR--they're awesome! *** My mother contacted Dallas to come out on Sunday, March 3rd to her rental as the tenants had reported a second floor bathroom leak of some sort that had somehow spread to the bathroom ceiling in the bathroom beneath it. From the beginning stages of the diagnosis to the eventual repairs, Dallas and his partner Heather (who took care of the contract/coordination/communication side of things) were patient, responsive, meticulous, and empathetic--pretty rare for a world in which people often do business without a deft human touch. The damages were pretty extensive, two-plus years worth of an ongoing slow leak coming from a waste line (yuck!), for the most part undetected because it was hidden beneath a few layers of flooring. The old bathroom had to go. The floors had to be removed. The subfloor had to be replaced. Re-framing and sheetrock work needed to go in before new fixtures could go in. It was a nightmare, but both Heather and Dallas were present each step along this messy journey--on the phone, through email, working well past regular business hours--anticipating questions and answering them, quickly responding to new ones raised, documenting each component of their work with photos and summaries that went above and beyond what I am used to expecting. The repairs and new bathroom installation completed in quick, efficient timing at a very reasonable and competitive cost. I know who I will be turning to should future issues arise for my mom or my own property. Thank you Heather, Dallas, and the rest of your team!
