Service was extremely slow, though everyone is nice and friendly. Maybe it will eventually work properly, but as we enter storm season, it's looking pretty iffy. The fault may be with the components chosen (Solar Edge), and not with A and R, but that does not help me. I now am afraid I will end up paying for it twice, as I need to find someone else to come in and fix or replace everything.

Not a "how are things going?" nor a "thanks for working with us" or even an attempt to sell us on their maintenance plan. :) Today, the final payment request arrived, from a no reply email no less. Maybe I asked too many questions or it was the fact that I had an issue with the payment schedule not being made clear?
