Their guy came and determined our home's layout would make installation of a "permanent" natural gas-powered generator, such as a Generac, impossible and a backup battery seemed cost-prohibitive. And so, I worked with them to decide on purchasing my own portable "tri-fuel" generator from COSTCO. And then Switch Electric came and, in one day, installed the appropriate connections to our natural gas line and electrical breaker box. Service was extremely slow, though everyone is nice and friendly. Maybe it will eventually work properly, but as we enter storm season, it's looking pretty iffy. The fault may be with the components chosen (Solar Edge), and not with A and R, but that does not help me. I now am afraid I will end up paying for it twice, as I need to find someone else to come in and fix or replace everything.
