There is no respect for costumers time I am guessing because it was a Groupon, But if you chose to sell on that site at a discounted price don't punish the customer for it. Dropped off my car at 9:00 AM and was told when I made the appointment that 3 hours were required for the job here I am at 5:00 PM and still waiting. Orlando did an amazing job on my car yesterday. He tinted all of the windows, my tail lights, and wrapped my spoiler with carbon fiber. I came here beginning of June to get my windows tinting, i bought the groupon for 199.00 and had to pay a little extra for tax, which i was unaware of, so just a heads up to those who have groupons. There are different types of film they use, the groupon one give you the most basic one but for 80$ more you can get a "better" one. They just said it's thicker than the basic one, either way both come with a lifetime warranty as long as you keep your original receipt. The workers there were nice, and seemed like they knew what they were talking about which is always a plus. I had an appointment at 3 o'clock and they close at 6, but they're willing to stay late to do a good job because even though they say it takes 2-3 hours, i didn't get my car until 6:30. I felt bad that they had to stay a bit later, but some girl came in after me and they also agreed to work on her car. It's been a little less than a month since i've had it and nothing is wrong with it, i will update my review once something changes, i'm pretty happy with how it turned out read more

I have been bringing cars here since 2009. The service and quality was great before but after having 5 cars done, I will not be returning. First it took 3 messages and a 4th call before I could schedule the car. This was over a week and a half. Apparently I was scheduled for a drop off...so the job will take all day. Ok, that's fine, but with the scheduling, they can't guarantee completion of the job we asked for. This means I can reschedule another whole day to be out of a car, or have them rush my job along with the other 3 jobs scheduled today And hope they complete the job. The guy Chase we dealt with today was nice enough but apparently was brought up to Everett to help overcome their scheduling issues from the past. In fairness, he did not schedule us. Funny, 5 cars later, today was the only issue I've had. Since I work in king county, I suppose there are a lot of places to go between Everett and seattle. Schedule at your own risk, bring your patience. These companies need to be respectful of their customers time. Why would I want to be out of a car for Memorial Day weekend? I had to schedule an alternate way to get my daughter to her game and would need to do the same thing the next time we do this. Companies are out money when they book an appointment and there is a no show. When my time is scheduled and they can not guarantee completion of the job quoted over the phone, I am out time. What I was looking to get done today came to just under 500 with tax with another 500-700 wrap in the future. If they are going to waste my time then someone else can get the $1200. Brett...my wife made an appointment asking for all windows to be done. Chase said that he could not guarantee that. Yes, the windshield was specifically mentioned to Kelly. I have no frustrations about the wrap. I get we didn't ask for that during the call. My review mentions another 500-700 at another time. Also, the review also mentions the number of calls to make this appointment. I would say if you did your full research, the review is very fair. I appreciate your intent to save your companies reputation but you would have been better taking accountability for your issues rather then pointing fingers. I had an issue the first time with my front window tint not matching the factory tint. Kris said bring it in and he can replace it, we found a tint that would work better. So I decided to take a chance and immediately called to see if I could schedule an appointment for the upcoming weekend. Luckily, they were able to squeeze me in that very day. I brought my car in and was greeted by Orlando. I told him I didn't know exactly what I wanted and he took the time to show me a number of options. I called and set up an appointment to have my car windows tinted. We discussed the car, the type of tint i wanted, and agreed upon the price. When i came to the shop to drop off my car they wanted an additional $60 for the work. How can you trust the work if they try to rip you off on the pricing. read more

My husband bought me a xmas gift for my new car window tinting and wind blockers for my windows. I was so happy to finally get my car done so he had midnight tinting in everett do the tint and place the wind guards. After picking my car up. I started to notice when I shut the drivers side door , it hit the guards. I took it back the guy made me wait 2 hours before his 1st attempt to fix it. Then he placed it back on and it was uneven. I told him that it looked horrible. He asked me to come back and he would fix better when he had more time. I returned at a later day 1 week. He told me my door was the problem. Never had problems with the door before they had my car. After him fixing it 3 times. I was driving down hwy 2 and it blew off. I. Called them and was treated horrible and was told no guarantees. After all my time. I spent there. No guarantees! Really. I would find another window tinting company. They ruined my faith in them and have told everyone I know not to use them. They only care about taking your money. Poor service. Buyer beware. It lasted 2 months. Now I have to buy a whole new set of 4. Thanks read more
