The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

After another shop was more than a week wait, I call Orlando who scheduled me for the same day. He gave me a very fair deal. I upgraded my tint from 3M to Shade Tech but Orlando was not pushy at all, instead, just gave me the facts. Orlando let up drive the loaner, we watched a movie (Gone Girl, also 5 stars), but I started to worry as the movie was long. Orlando stayed late to finish my Lexus so I was very worried to return to Midnight almost 15 minutes late. He was very accommodating, he really could have been a jerk but was ultra cool. I was amazed at how good my car looked, tint drunk. I didn't even hear him say to not roll the windows down so I broke the carnal rule and rolled my windows down with my key fob. Wow! It doesn't get much better than this. Midnight Window Tinting doesn't only have amazing customer service, but they are fast, sell awesome quality products, and the prices are very affordable i called them for a set if headlights i was looking for the part was a lot cheaper than i thought just by it self but that also included it being installed too! I called around for pricing to a few different shops for tinting as well at different locations in snohomish county and driving 20 miles was definitely worth it. The tint looks great and matches up perfect to the stock tint in the back. I would recommend this place to anyone with confidence. The Manager Vince was so friendly and helpful, he was by far the best person i had talked to compared to other shops, just cuz im a girl the competitors would treat me like im dumb but this place was just the best:) read more

These guys do great work and will work with you with pricing on extras. I had 25% tint done all the way around on my Optima and they threw in the brow tint (upper strip at the top of the windshield) for only $20. Work was done at the shop in Everett and start to finish my car was only gone about 3 hours. I've already used them in the past for some tinting needed for a few windows in my home as well. That is a separate department but the same applies. I initially only wanted a sliding glass door tinted in my media room but ended up getting the basement windows tinted as well as a bathroom window done in a frost tint with no issues. The installer was more than willing to earn the extra sale and did a great job - far better than I could have ever done. read more

PRC Roofing, I have had these guys do work on a couple of my vehicles. They tinted both vehicles and put H.I. D lights on one. This vehicle is a dodge, and is sensitve to after market products. A light would come on and off. No fault of midnight window tinting. These guys are extremely professional and knowledgeable of all aspects of this industry. They took the time out of there busy schedule, to fix the problem. It turned out, it was a faulty wire courtesy of Dodge. But they fixed it anyways. Vince, the manager is very easy to work with and is hard worker. I highly recommended this company and already have. I'd highly recommend Midnight Window Tinting. I pulled into their garage a new customer; they got me in immediately to replace my HID's. My daily commute to Seattle is very early in the morning, in the dark, and one of my headlights burned out. Had I gone to my Acura dealership for replacement of this factory installed HID kit, it would have cost me 5-6 times more than what I was charged by Midnight Tint. Vince the manager was GREAT. I didn't have an appointment, when I told him I don't get into town much and that it was a 45 mile drive he made room in their schedule to fit in my HID headlight install that day! All I knew was I wanted HID but didn't know there were different types. I had an appointment and called to tell them I'm going to show up and was told they were all booked up and can't accept my tinting appointment, when I had an appointment (isn't that's what appointments are for?), not just showing up and asking to do it as a walk in. No call to even tell me they aren't able to do it. I had to call in for them to tell me. Would of waste more time if I drove to the shop for them to tell me they can't do it. Vincent did a great job on my 2013 Jeep Rubicon a couple of weeks ago. Even though he was the only guy in the shop (doing the work, manning the front desk and showroom, answering the phones) because the other guy phoned in sick, I was taken care of quite nicely. did a full 20% tint it looks great, paid the extra to have the full coverage on the windows, I'm very pleased with the work done. Just remember if you have orange defroster lines on your car, the darker the tint the more visible this will be. I'll get used to it. I drove one hour both ways to get it done at Skyline, which I think tells you how badly wanted to get the windows tinted here. Here are pros and cons, followed by my advice. PROS + Andrey is responsive. He answers questions thoroughly and responds to emails quickly. + He is in this business for 20 some years, and he know the stuff. I went in thinking I will go with 35%, but he recommended 30% and advised against going any lighter than that. Initially, I was a bit worried that 30% would be too dark, but I'm glad I followed his advice. 30% is exactly what I wanted and looks great. It's like picking a paint color for your house. You would know until you see it on the house, but experienced professionals know what it will look like. + I thought the price was reasonable. I chose a single layer ceramic film by autobahn. It took them 4 hours to install it on my C43 coupe (side windows and the back). I paid $400 plus tax. With the quality of work and the time it took them, I don't think $400 is bad at all. + It was clear to me that customer experience was important to Andrey. He threw in a bottle of window cleaner made by autobahn for free. I found two really minor scratches on the passenger door (probably caused by finger nails, nothing deep). Instead of arguing with me he offered to buff them out. CONS - I can't think of anything. MY ADVICE @ If you need to kill time while they are working on your car, Alderwood Mall isn't too far. As I had 4 hours to kill, I walked there and back. It took me 40 minutes each way. Adjacent to the mall are H-Mart (Korean grocery store), Costco, and a couple of strip malls. @ As always, whenever you give your key to anyone, take pictures of the car. I usually take pictures and video tape the car. Although I didn't have to deal with it with Andrey, it's the only way to avoid your word against theirs. @ It comes with 3~5 days of curing time. During that, you cannot roll down your windows. Also, you may see some minor bubbles, but they are supposed to disappear. Once the curing time is over, I will post some photos.
