Communication was on point!…read more I was super happy I didn't need to purchase any new materials - since my backing was pushing in he was able to reuse the existing tile without cracking either. My biggest fear was if mold was behind the tile - he was confident it wasn't. But of course I asked if it was and he did give me a price like I asked so I would be prepared. The work took 2 days due to drying time and he was able to work with my weird schedule as well. Definitely will use company in the future. Side note - the owner came each day to review the workers progress and the work; provided all the update information. Happy home improvement!!!

Pack's Home Repair was recommended to us by our realty company, Moving the Mitten. We were selling…read moreour house long-distance, and the tenant had trashed the house. It was so much worse than we could've imagined, and we were going to take a beating on the price, without David's magic wand. David Pack and his team performed an exorcism on the gross, unlivable conditions there. I mean, how do you permanently jam an oven door closed? Why would you physically rip the storm doors from their hinges? How the hell can you splatter-stain a bedroom ceiling?! It was a real shithole, and David made it sparkle! Clear communication, pictures of progress, quick turn-around, and a fair price. He completed a number of repairs, including paint, plumbing, masonry, electrical, glass, door framing...the list goes on and on. Both the city's and buyer's inspections turned out great-- everything was done correctly as requested, on time, and on budget. My house went from a Zero to a 10! Highly recommend!

Our experience with this contractor was very disappointing. After the project, we found nearly an…read moreinch of dust in the bathroom cabinets and on the window screens. There was a heavy layer of dust throughout the attached bedroom. Personal items--including jewelry, books, the TV, and bedding, etc. --were all covered. No protective coverings were placed on the stairs to the third floor bathroom, and both the contractor and his crew consistently walked through our home with their boots on. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). At the completion of the job the contractor also left two buckets of watery grout in our garage for us to dispose of. This reflects our experience and is offered to help others make an informed decision."*
