If this company failed people previously to me, the changes they've made and their employee, Mike, certainly did right by me!

The staff here is at one end of the service spectrum or the other. Most are very well informed, friendly and competent. A large number are also unmotivated, distracted, and indifferent. I offer this opinion: This location is in need of much stronger leadership. The store director seems detached from most of the staff and customers. It makes itself manifest by the poorly trained cashiers. There is no direction to accommodate the customers that have waited the longest when a new register opens, for example. I and my company use this location quite a bit because our properties are close by. To be honest, I wish it were a Home Depot (more consistent service, better prices). Kudos to the majority of the staff! Try working at McDonalds or Kinkos to many of the rest of the staff, and management........

Over the past four months, I have had four service technician visits for this Frigidaire Upright Garage Ready Freezer FFUE2024AW. Multiple boxes of replacement parts were delivered to my home to repair the LED temperature setting display, but nothing has been successful. Eventually, the technician determined it was beyond repair and gave me an RMA number to bring to Lowe's for a replacement. I went there myself and arranged for the delivery of a new Frigidaire Upright Garage Ready Freezer. Shortly after, one was brought by Lowe's contract delivery service. It wasn't even removed from the truck because the front door was already damaged. They delivered an unpackaged, already damaged replacement Frigidaire Upright Garage Ready Freezer to my home. I declined to accept the damaged item. Meanwhile, the broken unit remains unused in the garage, waiting for a response from customer service, which has yet to occur. My questions for Lowe's remain unanswered. I have sent two emails to check on the status and to learn what actions Lowe's customer service will take to resolve this. So far, they have not responded to my questions. I also attempted to call the Lowe's customer service representative assigned to this matter, but the extension listed on her business card is not working. I do not want this faulty unit and need a new one, undamaged replacement or authorization for a full refund return. I spent nearly one thousand dollars on this product, and it has not functioned properly from the start. Now, I am unable to get any clear explanations as to why Lowe's is not assisting a customer.

Concrete Floor Supply - cracks in painted final surface that could have been addressed

He listened and accepted my feedback about the poor packaging the super prime came in and offered up that he's had a lot of difficulty with damaged shipping packages with both UPS and Fedex lately (regardless of labeling boxes and specific instructions). He did talk through with me ways to change the look of my finished floor and he also offered to refund me the cost of the super prime. His call and willingness to talk through my issues means a lot to me and I changed my review based on the action he took to address the problem. My opinion is that having these uncomfortable conversations and caring about 1 customer is what sets a business apart from one that just wants your money and a business that want to serve their customer (for life) and is willing to work to provide a great experience. I will try using their product again when it comes time to do my garage and recommend concrete floor supply. 10/15/25 Complete novice applicator here giving feedback on my experience hoping it will give someone else help. After a lot of research and observing a floor coating company apply a polyuria flake system to the basement floor of our previous home I decided to address the untreated bare concrete floor in our new home's unfinished basement. My research led my to concrete floor supply. I was able to call and get advice (usually from Toby who was helpful and answered all of my questions). I decided to use the super prime followed by the clear urethane gloss (2 coats). I also ordered some crack medic, some water based pigment, spiked shoes, and any supplies I'd need. The plan was to do one room with pigment and address the cracking in the concrete in that room and do the remaining 800 square feet of living space in the clear gloss. The crack medic yellows under a clear application so I chose to forgo fixing the cracks because I love the look of the unfinished concrete with the stones showing. This is a very economical options that addresses being able to clean and use the floor for everyday use and we plan to put down LVP flooring in the next 5ish years. I started by grinding the concrete down to a consistent light color. This was a very long and dusty process that coated our entire home in concrete dust. My regret was not getting the hepa vacuum attachment. The hardware store had rented theirs out and didn't have another available. A normal shop vac will not be able to handle the concrete dust and will clog quickly. The morning I planned to put down the super prime and urethane I unboxed all the product and was very surprised to find that 1/3 of both of my buckets of super prime part A (there is a part A and a part B that get mixed in equal amounts) had spilled out into the packaging. The buckets that they are shipped in do have a ring seal but it's very flimsy and obviously not up to the task shipping. I had ordered a generous amount of super prime because I knew my concrete would be very porous having been ground down. However, because both of my buckets were missing 1/3 the amount (and I had to throw out 1/3 of both of my part B buckets so that it would be equal amounts) it caused my to be short on product. I applied it and tried to stretch it where I could but I ended up with a bare area and other areas where I applied it to thin. I put down the first gloss layer and it looked terrible. The super prime helps the concrete to appear a consistent color under the gloss and the areas where it was too thin looked blotchy and really stood out. In the end, I used my pigment on the entire floor and covered up all the work I did to grind the floors down to a consistent color (18+ hours of grinding to get it to be consistent). A bummer as this is my least favorite look for concrete. It's also upsetting because had I known that I would need to apply pigment to the entire floor I would have treated all the cracks and any other imperfections so that it was a more consistent surface. I had chosen not to do that for the concrete look. Overall, I think that the products are great products and I appreciate the educational material on the website and the willingness to talk through any questions by concrete floor supply. I did call and report that 1/3 of my super prime product has spilled out during shipping and was told that usually it is OK but that sometimes that did happen. I was not offered a monetary reimbursement, a product reimbursement or even an apology. And keep in mind that I paid $250 (with close to $2000 in purchases) to have this product shipped to my home. I had much higher expectations at that price. I will say that the jugs that the urethane was shipped in were sturdy and well sealed with a small pour spout compared to the thin plastic buckets the super prime came in. We had planned to do a flake system to our 3 car garage next year and I will be looking into other distributors to see what my options are.

SUPERB service and furniture - Restoration Hardware & Katy Cox…read more A few years ago, I made what can only be described as a character-building mistake: I bought custom leather furniture from another store. I won't name names -- and for legal, moral, and karmic reasons let's just say the name rhymes with something like "Crazy Boi Schmurniture Falleries." Our experience felt like such a spectacular train wreck that it left me emotionally scarred and deeply suspicious of the words "custom" and "lead time." Enter Restoration Hardware -- which, maddeningly, I had discovered years earlier and somehow didn't buy from. Allow me to say this loudly for the people in the back: I should have started with RH. From the very first conversation, Katy Cox was an absolute rock star. We explained our prior furniture trauma, and politely asked that she keep this in mind as we ordered a Chesterfield sofa and two chairs. Katy listened, reassured us, and guided us through the process with calm confidence, professionalism, and genuine care. Complicating matters (because of course we did), we were also in the middle of having a hardwood floor installed, which meant timing was critical. Katy and RH coordinated everything flawlessly. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, yet somehow exactly when the floor had finished curing -- a minor logistical miracle. And the furniture itself? Stunning. Even better than we imagined. The leather, the scale, the craftsmanship -- it has real presence. This is furniture that makes you stop mid-stride, nod approvingly, and think, yes... this was the right decision. Delivery was handled exactly as high-end furniture should be, with true white-glove service and zero stress. No drama. No excuses. No surprises. Just competence -- which, frankly, feels luxurious these days. Katy Cox did a phenomenal job, Restoration Hardware delivered at every level, and our faith in buying fine furniture has been fully restored (pun absolutely intended). We are completely over the moon! Five stars, zero drama, and a strong desire to send this review back in time to my former self.

Although I will say if you buy one big ticket item it is more than worth paying that member price. I do feel it turns some people off though.
