EVERY service you need: There is a national ATM network, debit/credit/check/ATM card, free checking, unlimited checking transactions, free online banking, check images available, notary, etc etc!! Caring, competent, and nice management - (Nancy and Gertrude). When I wrote a check from the wrong account and overdrew it, I got a nice personal call from the manager letting me know, so I could straighten it out that same day, and avoid any more fees. We now have multiple free checking accounts there (free because I keep $500 in a savings account). We are in the process of moving all accounts from Bank of America, after a few months trial at Northern Bank - they are the winner.

These guys worked hard to close my accounts, get me new ones, deal with the fraudulent checks the thieves attempted to write, etc. Whenever I've needed something, a wire transfer, transfer to one of my kids' accounts, they're super helpful.
