You don't just stop by and get a free opinion, I guess, etc. I was quoted $149. to look at the vehicle, this was to go through the vehicle to find/evaluate other problems that I did not request what so ever, I found this out afterwards. This charge was not applied to the repair I requested. Mo and the old way of doing business is very much missed. The mo's mechanics were very helpful and never once in my visits did they try to sell me on more than I requested, they actually saved me so much money vs the dealership. So, I drove to JS Car Repairs, and they quickly informed me that the main issue was that the chassis screws hadn't been properly secured during the previous repairs. Because of this, I ended up buying a new car. I used to look down on the old car, but when I drove it yesterday, I found it to be a pleasure to drive. Additionally, the owner tightened my brakes, making the old car feel rejuvenated. The maintenance cost is also less than half of what the Mercedes-Benz dealer charges.
