I brought my car in for a $20 oil change after I saw this advertised on a billboard on I-71. My son brought his car in about a week later, and was charged $60 for the same oil change. They said their special had expired. They should give you the cost up front so you don't get an unexpected bill. read more

They've brought things to my attention that they don't even offer services for - not being pushy or trying to make a sale, just being genuinely helpful people. They drive your car inside for you, young lady that drove and came up to me wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. So now I have to sanitize my car again. The bathroom door is broken so you have to lift it up to shut it and the toilet was disgusting. I did not catch the young mans name but he heard about the issue i was having with a nail in my tire while being from out of town here for the birth of my granddaughter. The shop next to them carx blew me of with no appointment until around 4pm. Who make an appointment for a nail in a tire when out of town. He gave me directions to pep boys who got me right in. I've taken my car here 3 times to get my oil changed. It's always been very fast and professional. They typically don't try to sell me anything other than the oil change which I appreciate. I either bring a coupon or look up one online while I want and usually get $5 or $10 off my oil change. The waiting area is clean, and they always offer me coffe. read more

I don't even know where to start with this place. The positive reviews from this location must be family members. This was by far one of the worst oil change as ever. The one review should've raised a flag with me saying "Not very busy and fast" knowing what I know now I realize why they're not busy. There's another Jiffy Lube within 10 minutes of this location that has to be far superior. I work for a company that has a fleet of over 500 vehicles. For $125 you would think you would get washer fluid and everything else that's in their checklist, and completed with excellence. Not only was 90% of the things on there not preformed but they lied about it. Of course they don't try to upsell you anything they're not doing their damn job. I'd rather have somebody try to educate and sell me things and try to excel at their job rather then Hey lazy unengaged employee that can't even follow a checklist that's put in front of his face. read more

went in for a basic oil change and they put full synthetic in my car without telling/asking me. this is an overcharge of ~60 dollars. they didn't fill the washer fluid or vacuum the interior. for 115 dollars they could have at least done the things they're supposed to do. the employees were not welcoming and didn't thank us for our business, nor did they even slightly try to rectify the situation. on top of everything else, the girl at the desk taking our payment didn't even type in our information into the bill; she just turned the monitor, keyboard, and mouse around and told us to do it. i will never return to jiffy lube after this horrible experience. read more

Oil change was fine...been going to Jiffy Lube for years....Not that one anymore....last time I had the oil changed they put a filter on that leaked....now this time I asked if they could put a serpentine belt on for me (one I bought myself) they didn't have the tools...but there's a sign posted with all the service prices and it was listed...Probably didn't want to put mine on so they couldn't gouge for the price of the belt. Air conditioning not working properly waiting room really warm...my car was sitting outside done and they had to call someone who just came in up to get their info before I was called to pay. Then my credit card wouldn't work....my card has a jiffy logo on the back and has worked fine earlier this week. One thing after another...just was not a pleasant experience. read more

I went to the Blue Ash location for an oil change. They had a deal for a free tire rotation as well which I took advantage of. (NOT A GOOD IDEA) The techs didn't tighten the lug nuts all the way though. A couple days later, driving down the highway my wheel started coming loose! I was able drive in the emergency lane to a nearby auto mechanic where they told me the lug nuts were not tightened properly and my wheel was badly damaged, as was the wheel stud, as a result of the JL tech not tightening the lug nuts. The mechanic replaced the broken wheel stud and put the spare on for me. I felt Jiffy Lube should buy me a new wheel and reimburse me for the repair bill. The manager agreed. I contacted JL corporate, sent invoice copies of repair work and they denied the claim. Thought I was saving money at JL but it was definitely the most expensive oil change I've ever gotten! read more

Took my car here years ago and after the oil change, my car started leaking oil all over my driveway. After getting my next oil change, I was told the drain plug was screwed in crookedly and after that oil change, no more oil leak.....Fast forward to present when I took a different car to this location and the same thing happened. I went back within a few days and told the crew that was working that my car was leaking oil. They were condescending and said they didn't see anything. Even asked if it was my air conditioner and not oil. Ok, well, I let that go. It wasn't leaking too bad so I put up with it until my next oil change (obviously a different store). The technician that did that oil change showed me that the threads on my drain plug were stripped. Fortunately, all it cost me was a new drain plug and my oil pan wasn't ruined. I went back to this Jiffy Lube and spoke with a manager who had recently taken over. He was VERY kind, admitted that the store had gone down hill and said he had to terminate a lot of the existing staff. He also contacted his district manager while I was there. At the minimum, I wanted reimbursement for the amount of the new drain plug. However, it's been two weeks and the district manager has not made any attempt to reach me. I was considering giving this location another chance because Aaron, the new manager, was a pleasure to speak with. However, since the district manager hasn't bothered to respond, I will never go back here and I warn all others to be wary. It's not about the $20 drain plug, it's about customer service and the principal of being treated like an idiot. Hopefully the new manager will turn that store around and I wish them good luck. read more
