I had an appointment and dropped my car off at 11:30 AM. Joe came outside with me to look at it, so…read morethere was no confusion that the car had arrived. Hours passed with no update, so I called at 2:40 and was told they didn't realize it was outside and were just now going to start on it. They said the inspection would take 45 minutes, but I had to call them to get the quote. I was told it needed brakes, approved the work immediately, and still heard nothing. I called again at 4:20, and Joe said, "Working on it, bud, just gotta keep answering phone calls." That response was rude and dismissive. I came back at 5:30 -- 30 minutes before closing -- and only then did they finally call me for the first time. While I waited, I watched the staff vaping outside, clearly not in any rush. I didn't leave until after they closed at 6 and ended up paying over $800. Not to mention: my car didn't have a pull before, and now it does. So not only did I deal with poor communication, rude service, and wasted time -- my car drives worse than when I brought it in. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

But I hate being ripped off. I'm 70, so I have been numerous times, but this was just a little too blatant!
