Told me that they sold the unit I was looking at, not only is it still on the lot, and website, they have 2 of them, almost identical. They simply do not want to deal with me, and that's fine. This just shows me that they would rather lie, and tell me they sold it, which they may have sold one, but still have 2 on the lot. They know I don't want to know what my payment will be, like most car buyers, I want the OTD price, with my trade. They don't make money off of me in the finance department, or in the service department. They are looking for people who only care about how much a month the note is, and don't even care about the length of the term, just the monthly note. I have been in the auto business for a long time. I have never been in a dealership like this. The whole experience was like floating on air. First of all Chris Browder is the hardest working salesperson I've ever encountered. I was trying to decide on a vehicle and asked to drive a few. He never hesitated once. He never pushed me towards any car or price. Instead of "selling" me a car, he was a friend helping me pick one out. once I chose my 2026 civic we headed inside for the "Dreaded" paperwork. We sat down with a lender in mind. Chris and Wes worked on it for maybe a half hour. Offered me a much better deal than I had. the used car sales manager is rude. the service team act like they didn't know what they were doing. I bought a 2024 Buick Envista. we had to bring it back for an oil change because oil life was at 18%. service dept said that doesn't mean anything. now I'm having other issues and they act like I'm a problem. Missing cash I took my car in for a recall and was told it would take 3-4 hours. However, they had my car from 9 AM until 5:30 PM. When I picked it up, I discovered that someone had gone through my compartment and stolen cash. Before speaking to anyone, I thoroughly looked through my car because I would hate to wrongly blame someone from a company I have spent time and money on. I spoke to the manager, who was polite and professional. He assured me this had never happened before, though I found that hard to believe. We both agreed that there was no reason for anyone to go through my middle console since the tire key wasn't needed for the service. The tire key was still at the bottom, untouched. A few hours later, the manager called me back, saying he had reviewed several hours of footage. He noted that my car had been sitting in the employee parking lot for hours before the work even started. Unfortunately, he found nothing suspicious, and the employees who had access to my car denied any wrongdoing. He promised to keep investigating but offered me a free oil change, which felt like an attempt to "right the wrong" and may be the end of it. I haven't heard anything since. I will not be returning, knowing that someone went through my car and took my money without consequences. I'm confident I'm not the first or the last victim. I hope the issue is found before someone else gets taken from. Beware of this place. read more

I took my car into be serviced. I needed an oil change. Matt greeted me, with enthusiasm! He was wonderful. I told him I was worried about the recalls, and wasn't getting any cool air. He checked everything out. He told me I had too much Freon. They had to get rid of the Freon, and add the required amount. I didn't recognize my car. It was spotless. When I purchased my car, the salesman was great. I told him my price range and about what size vehicle I was looking for. He helped me narrow down my search. I test drove 3 cars before going home empty handed. Then I got online and did a little more research. I called the salesman back and asked about a car that was on their website. I drove right back up there and he had the car ready for me to test drive. I fell in love! After purchasing the vehicle, a week later I found a chip under my seat. I called Steven Wright the car salesman and explained to him that I had not eaten in the car since I drove it off the lot! He told me to come back up there and had it detailed for me! Then we get a letter in the mail 2 months afterwards about a recall, basically the computer needed an update. I was told, to set aside a whole day for the repairs. Surprisingly only took about 1-2 hours to do the software update. These guys get you taken care of as quickly as possible. My time is valuable and they understood that! My girlfriend purchased a Honda Pilot 2017 brand new, a year later with 40k miles in. The car has a problem starting up. I had to jump start the car and get the battery analyzed at Battery Plus, they told me the battery is still GREAT! Well guess what, we got stranded again because it wouldnt start. I called the Honda Boyte service team and they gave me a tow truck number that is out of commission because his truck broke..........and unfortunately Honda Boyte wont cover her car because warranty is 3yrs 30k miles whichever comes first. Come home to find out my niece has a problem starting up with her new 2017 Honda CRV as well!!! They said her battery was also good!! I did some studying and come to find alot of people are having issues starting up their Honda 2016/2017 push start. Does anyone else have this problem? We invested over 20k in a brand new car and not even 2 years old we have maintenance problems? i have 4yr Toyota 100k with ZERO problems. Absolute worst customer service from the service department. We brought our Odyssey in for service and minor warranty repairs. Our vehicle was retuned dirty, without all the repairs completed, and damaged. We are now a month into fixing previous damage and have yet to have every thing fixed. We have been given a number of ill fitting loaner vehicles ( Honda civic for a family of 5 with 3 small children) and a mountain of excuses and finger pointing. I was told by Bob Boyte himself that he will personally be seeing to our repairs. We have found more issues and now cannot get Mr Boyte to call us back after 2 more visits. I am not sure if his service department is trying to cover their issues of if Mr Boyte truly doesn't care about his business. I do not write poor reviews and I generally give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I cannot sit back and let others be tricked into giving this establishment business while the service department does its best to destroy the Honda name. In 2012 I leased a brand new, off the truck Honda Civic. Within the 1st year it was in and out of the shop 6 times, 6 different rental cars.. 3 times for a trunk leak that mildewed everything in my trunk, and 3 times for a light that came on saying check airbag system, kind of worried me. Regardless, I wanted out of the car because it was obviously a lemon and I could not continue to take off work to get it fixed. They told me to call Honda Corporate, but Honda Corporate said it was up to the dealer if they wanted to trade me out of it or not... They were willing to trade me out of it, but at a higher cost to me.. Finally in December of that year I got a call from my salesman that they were "able" to finally work something out for me and had my exact car on the lot they would just swap out for me (side note, this was only after I wrote a couple other reviews). So I went in being told EVERYTHING about my contract would be the exact same just minus 1 year that I had already driven the other car. Apparently I was an idiot for falling for that one. After signing everything I learned they had dropped the "gas and go" plan I originally paid for on my lease, it cost somewhere between an extra $20-$40 per month, and to make up for it they gave me 4 free oil changes, do the math there! Now 3 years later I am looking to buy the car at the end of the lease and guess what else has changed?! The buyback price is higher.. In our original contract we had to initial the buyback price, but in the new one we did not...wonder why?! Lastly and most importantly, when I traded the car in that I considered a lemon my sales rep told me they weren't even going to try and sell the car they were sending it back to the factory. Well guess what was on the lot and on their website a couple weeks later, MY CAR. And guess what else, all the work they did on it the 6 times in the shop didn't shop up on the CARFAX report, so it looked like a great, clean used car that they were selling at a normal price!! I tried reporting it through carfax because I had all of the maintenance records that weren't listed on the carfax but their website was glitchy and never worked... Some people have great experiences here, so maybe it was just my salesperson and finance guy that took advantage of a first time car buyer... Regardless, I will share my story in hopes to warn people to approach this place cautiously! In my opinion, there are much more reputable Honda places in the Jackson area! read more
