They then removed all the freon from my car anf said my a/c was fixed and when I confronted them and told them I was tired of the lies, they said they were offended (apparently cause the truth HURTS!) and they then told me I could take my car elsewhere to get what they messed up fixed. They tried to lie about it and let me tell you its coming to an end. I will not lay back and not do anything! Im going to be their worst nightmare or one of many. How do you like me now you dumb ignorant, incompetent of a joke who sells cars that they are clueless about and cant even fix there brand of cars!! You guys are a disgrace and a joke!! My family and I have…read morepurchased around 20 vehicles over the past 25 years, and I would place this experience toward the bottom when ranking that warm & fuzzy feeling you get when purchasing a vehicle. Communication was poor - there have been surprises every step of the way, starting with after we put down the $2,500 deposit when we learned that there was only 1 key fob. I responded with "really?" and I expected them to replace the key fob at their cost. Instead, I get a tersely worded SMS from Ryan the general manager saying "It's a used car and the price is the price we agreed to with the equipment that it has. [Sales rep] never told you that it has 2 keys." I said fair enough and thanked them for being up front about the missing key fob. So then a couple of days later, they FedEx the paperwork with some sort of weekday-only shipping where the packages only move during weekdays. It was nice that they pre-paid for the return FedExing with the same M-F service. So I fill out the paperwork, get some page notarized and mail 2 checks for the remaining balance after the $2,500 deposit. It took about 3 or 4 days after the checks cleared our banks for their finance department to release the vehicle. We were out of town while this happened. I called for the 3rd or so time to check to see when the vehicle would be shipped to us, and I learned a few things, like: 1) the car was shipped earlier that day 2) there's a crack in the front windshield (which Emich Kia said they would pay to replace) and 3) they forgot to put the vehicle charging cable in the car before they hastily shipped it and that they would M-F FedEx it to us. Well then on June 17, we received the car and learned that they did not charge the battery. re-wash the car or fill the gas tank before they shipped it. These are not must-dos, and as the GM would say the price did not include washing, charging or filling the gas tank. Nor does the price we paid cover the missing wheel key. They did do some things right. For example, they originally quoted the cost for shipping from Denver to Houston at $750, but apparently Tom the sales manager got a lower rate of $650, which was the only pleasant surprise. I will say that Duston the sales rep and Tom his sales manager were pleasant to work with despite their lack of attention to detail. The dealership also provided an extensive Carfax report and good details of some pre-sale inspections & repairs they did. So all in all, it feels like the used car team at Emich Kia are disorganized and don't really value the customer experience nearly as much as the 15 or so other dealerships we've purchased vehicles from over the past 3 decades. But it sounds like it's not Tom or Duston's fault that their customers don't get that great feeling when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Emich Kia. Rather, it's their management's desire to squeeze every dollar out of every deal is the reason is why customer satisfaction takes a back seat to their bottom line. So again, not a great experience and not as bad as it could have been. That said, I'll make sure to post updates if we find anything else that doesn't meet our expectations, including if they make some attempt to do anything extra not included in the price paid for the vehicle. *these concerns have already been bought to the attention of the dealership, so while the dealership might be "disappointed to hear that my experience was not a positive one," I don't need to reach out and give the dealership another "opportunity to address [my] concerns." I don't need to "reach out to us directly at (303) 757-7751 when [I] have a chance" because I've already done so.

I looked them up on BBB, checked reviews on Yelp, Google, etc and I drove over to their location to make sure it wasn't a fly by night business. I met Donna and a few of the team members and had a very good feeling as soon as I walked in the door. I made an appointment right then and there. I had hail damage in 2018 and just looking at my car every day annoyed me. Well, I met Lonnie on the day of my appointment and was immediately greeted and put at ease and received top-notch service. He explained the entire process, took me to get my car washed and then to the rental company to get my rental car. As soon as I got my rental car (which was a 2019 SUV with very little miles on it), Lonnie took my car away and told me not to worry about anything. Lonnie and his team handled everything and I didn't even have to do the claim process with my insurance company. After a week, I got my car and couldn't even tell it ever had any hail damage! No deductible, no rental car fees, no out of pocket expenses and an excellent process from start to finish! They also have a referral deal so if you have been wanting to get your cars hail damage fixed, they are the best in town and you will be as pleasantly surprised and pleased as I was!

They fixed minor side panel dents but did not repair the hood or roof or trim. They gave me back the car unfinished in July and said they are waiting on parts to arrive in August. Then they said September. Then they said October. Then they said November. I have an extensively hail damaged car but Elite has been paid over $12k without finishing the service. Each time I call them, they continue to push out the date for receiving parts. They blame the current auto strike, but the strike was not occurring in June or July or August. This feels like fraud. Sidenote, when they initially had my car in June, I watched my car info using an app. They somehow used 1/4 tank of gas and added 30 miles to the odometer. Why? Then they return an unrepaired car to me. Update: "Jimmer" from Elite called me after this review posted and told me to call a local auto dealer and ask them for a part for my car. Me, really? How hard are they working to finish the repairs when they only use one supplier and they tell me to track down the part? Unprofessional and fraudulent.

Needed an estimate on a creaking door hinge and the employee on the phone said to come in for an…read moreestimate. I asked if the estimate is free and he said yes. I get there and the place looks like a junkyard, car parts everywhere, including in the front lobby area and their waiting area was disgusting. They have someone take a picture of my door hinge and then say that they can't inspect it further unless they remove a bolt, which would cost $75. I politely decline and as I'm leaving, the manager says I owe them $25 for the estimate. I tell her that on the phone I tell her her employee said it was free and she said that was probably her son and he said that but that actually it's only free if I go through with the repairs, which was absolutely not specified on the phone. I argued with her until I left. She ultimately let me go but initially threatened to take pics of my license plate. Do not go here, these are scammers and their shop is a pigsty.

He arrived at my house right on time. Tom told me upfront that he probably wouldn't be able to get all the dog hair up, I did have a lot, but he would try to get most of it. Two and a half hours later my car was done. It looked beautiful. It was shiny and clean- the wheels and tires too, plus completely vacuumed. The console, dash, doors, seats, carpet & mats looked like new. The windows inside & out were sparkly, he even cleaned the door jams & removed trash. Oh and the dog hair was almost all gone!
