When I went to pick up my car, close to closing they told me my sensor in my left front was dead. Never having any problems with my sensors or the old tires before today I was a bit upset. Returned the next day to explain my findings and research about broken sensors and basically guaranteeing it was done accidentally by an employee because it DOES happen A LOT! They offered to replace the sensor at no cost. Lauren, the manager was very professional and extremely nice. (It was also nice to see a female in this type of environment) She related to my situation. This could have gone totally south and in my experience working with public some customers and businesses are ruthless. Not Big O!! I will be returning here for all my car needs. As long as they do it I will be there. Thanks Big O for being courteous, professional and honest. That's what a business is supposed to be like.

This incident occurred around 3:30 AM in the morning, once I pulled over realize that back flat tire I proceeded to change my tire with the spare underneath my truck. I then proceeded down the road approximately 35 to 40 seconds later my spare tire goes flat yes two flats within minutes of each other. I had both of my kids in the car with me. I must've called approximately 10 different companies including AAA and loves and none of them had the time or had the make and model of the tire number. I call G&S but was unable to contact any human as it was so early the morning however the voicemail gave me the personal number of Gary! I then proceeded to call his personal number and left a message because he was sleeping. Not even ten minutes later he called me back and said that he would gladly be out to help me out and lend me a hand. Every other person I called wanted $400 plus to tow my vehicle and couldn't give me any guarantee that they would be able to fix my tire. Gary came to me grabbed my flat tire drove it back to his shop because it wasn't repairable and replaced it with new tire. He gave me help at like one tenth of the cost everyone else was asking!!!! I even offered to give him more but he simply said to pay it forward. God knows we need more men like him. I wish I lived in the area because I would definitely frequently visit the business!!!!!! This guy is so wrong for this. They changed the fan module that was the supposed issue, I come to…read morepick it up, he says it's good to go, I pay and my car STILL needs to be jump started to turn on! He says he ordered and replaced the fan module because he was "nice" and wanted me to have my car running by today but he could of had me wait until Monday. Well... it's NOT running. Then he says well that's because it's def. going to need a new battery and I'll need to run a 2hr diagnostic because 45 sensors are going off. After seeing that our discussion wasn't leading to a solution I ask him to jump start my car and I'll take it to get serviced else where. He has me wait 42 minutes because apparently this TIRE SHOP only has ONE set of mobile jumper cables and they're charging. I paid almost $700 when I could have used that money to rent a car while I could afford to get EVERYTHING fixed. He should have been upfront about all it needed, though it did look like he had no idea what he was doing nor talking about.

I was thinking the tire could be patched, but their mechanic discovered - and showed me - that the interior of the wheel had been damaged as well(!). Since I wasn't local, I was concerned it might take a few days to get a replacement wheel, and certainly didn't want to drive the rest of my trip on the space-saver spare. Trevor and Devin went through the options, and thankfully, not only were they able to source a replacement wheel but got it delivered the same day. Appreciated their efforts to get my car back on the road as quickly as they did!
