We drove in from out of town for a cross country meet and somehow along the way we picked up a 2x4 piece of wood in our back wheel undercarriage. Luckily it didn't hit any vital parts of the car, but we still had to figure out how to get the piece of wood out from underneath the car. They took our car very quickly, and worked quickly to try to remove the piece of wood. I think they used every tool imaginable to remove it. After about 20 minutes they were able to get it removed and saved the day. I highly recommend these guys for any car repairs or sudden emergencies you might have. read more

NEVER AGAIN!! I went in Friday July 3rd for an oil change, first time customer. Red flag to me as a woman of mechanic family: Two young woman came in complaining about an issue with their vehicle after a service they had. Yes the question may be why did I not take it to one of the mechanics in my family? Well because it was more convenient for me to take there. So of course, there was some things I need to fix on my vehicle, but nothing of urgency. So I declined all services. Just not my oil change. I went to a family member's house and contacted other family member to discuss the recommendation of what I was told I needed. I was told to go buy parts and they would do what had to be done. About 1 o'clock in the afternoon I'm driving to go get these parts and I heard a loud bang underneath my vehicle and it started to wobble so I turned around and went back to where I was and left my Vehicle parked. So I call my family member and told him what happened. He ended up coming to where I was took my vehicle to his shop and comes to find out that every single lug on the driver side was loose. He basically unscrewed all lugs with his hand. I thank God that nothing happened to me on the way to where I was as it was a 35 minute drive. I came in for an inspection which went fine. The service was professional and friendly from everyone. I want to compliment a couple of the employees in particular for being awesome - Brian and Amanda. A man came in with a coupon for an $18 dollar basic oil change. After talking with Brian a bit, the man says that he uses synthetic oil. So Brian quotes him a price close to $60. The customer gets all bent out of shape shouting about "bait and switch". Brian and Amanda both kept cool. Brian explained in a very non-offensive way that the cost was higher because he thought the customer wanted synthetic. He apologized profusely, taking the full blame for something that really wasn't his fault and showed this customer a ton of respect even while the customer was being rude and argumentative. Kudos to you, Brian! Amanda had been friendly and nice helping me out and I observed her being respectful to an employee bring in something from the garage using "please", "Ma'am" and "thank you". She stood by Brian and supported his efforts with friendly and compassionate nods to the upset customer. Did not like the service for an alignment. Tech scraped my bumper multiple times during both "test drives", only toe was changed and camber and caster are still out of spec. Claimed they couldn't change it due to my car having aftermarket suspension. Called many other shops and was told that it is possible to do it, and the aftermarket suspension will not hinder the job. Their mistake put my life in danger! And they covered it up by lying. I had my tires aligned here, and as I was leaving and getting on the highway, my lid FLEW UP. Thankfully I was able to pull over without being hit or hitting someone. I knew they must have checked my fluids (which is routine for auto shops to do, they do it all the time to find something wrong and get more business) and failed to shut the hood all the way. When I emailed them to ask about it, they denied that they ever opened my hood. I asked for camera footage from their shop and they said they had no video surveillance there. My good has never done that before and hasnt done it since. These people will not own up to their mistakes and it could have put my life in danger. read more

I had a terrible experience at this Midas. I purchased a 4 wheel alignment promotion through groupon. After completing the work, the store rep refused to honor my groupon voucher since my vehicle make/model was not "covered" by the promotion, despite driving a simple midsized SUV. I made sure to read the fine print on the promotion beforehand and have since reviewed it again, NO WHERE on this groupon does it state that certain vehicle makes/models are excluded from the promotion, nor does it require you to call the store to confirm. Since I was not allowed to use the groupon, I had to pay their full price ($130+) which was double promotion offer ($59). The store rep also extended our wait time over 15 minutes by forgetting to finish charging us before handling other customers. Stay away from this location! read more

On my most recent visit on 9/14/2020 I paid for a 2 wheel alignment which was $90 btw for them to tell me after the fact that they only did a toe adjustment. afterwards i asked the manager why they didn't adjust the camber or caster to which he replied there's no adjustment. I drive a 2005 dodge 2500 2wd and the upper control arm mounting bolts have an adjustment for camber. I've called to try to to get it fixed or my money back and I've had to response. Oh and the first time I visited the store the manager about 6 months earlier the manager gave me a discount card to a strip club. stay classy midas. read more

If I could rate below zero I would. Took my car in and every since that my car has been having issues. Initially brought in my car because of a noise I was hearing . How does my car leave making even more of the noise than when I brought it in? I bring it back for that very reason and was first met with a rude demeanor from the manger like I was bothering him coming back. Made it seem like I was being dramatic and then says the new brake pads and roaders put on my car were " default " but yet still made the noise after the second time leaving. They " fixed " my alignment but really did not. Just experienced a blow out on my tire because of the alignment being messed up! Literally was told the reason my tire blew out was because they did my alignment wrong. I put on the dummy tire and drove to get a new tire and already on the dummy tire you could see the line from the alignment wear! I didn't even drive on my dummy tire for over an hour! Not only am I now having to pay for all of there mess ups but I still have to pay on the services they did when it did nothing good for my car. 110% don't recommend this location . read more

I went to this place a month ago to get an oil change after getting a Groupon deal. The manager there told me next time not to order through Groupon that they would honor the same price. Later he upsold me for an alignment, and told me that it came with a year warranty. Overall good experience. Went back today for another oil change and there was no manager available, only one of the techs. He didn't know how to use the computer system and couldn't find any of my information. Told him I wanted a full synthetic oil change. He went out and got my information, tried to call the manager, still no luck on finding my info. Manager comes back and then verifies with me that I wanted a blend oil change at which point I say no, I wanted a full synthetic. About 10 minutes later, manager comes back with a quote for an alignment. I told him that I already paid for it last time and that I was told it came with a year warranty. Manager goes back to computer and says that they have no record of me ever going to that location and would not honor the alignment warranty. I told the manager I was starting to feel uncomfortable about the situation because things didn't seem right. He got agitated and told me that he would just give us the oil change for free and tried to rush us out of there. I tried to ask about the alignment and he said "I'm not going to do it if you don't feel comfortable with us." I went out to the car to see if I had the service report from the last time in my glove compartment. Unfortunately I didn't, but I did have the alignment report with the stapled receipt from them that showed their address. Manager refused to honor the receipt and said that without the service report he would not honor the warranty. He told me "Maybe this happened when we first opened, but I don't know what happened and we have no record of you in our system." Very strange behavior from them and I don't think I will do business with them again. I've got mail at my house from their location, copy of my credit card statement, copy of the receipt from them along with their own alignment report and they still refuse. I reached out to corporate about this, will see what happens. At least they offered the oil change for free, but with this kind of behavior I'm not even sure I believe that they did it correctly. read more

The manager showed me that they were really low, so I agreed that they needed to be changed. He told me $210 and said that he would get ceramic brake pads and check the fluid. He told me a bunch of other things but it was too quick so I didn't understand. I was aware that two of them needed to be replaced, but MIND YOU HE SAID $210. So it was to my SURPRISE when I go up to pay and he says it's $450?! Are you kidding me? Who would pay $450 to get new brake pads? NOT ME. I realized that when he said $210 it was each, but only at that point. He was not upfront about the cost. I feel like I was taken advantage of for being a young female, and by myself. I can't believe how much I was scammed. Didn't even offer discount (teacher here). I was too shocked to speak at the price that I couldn't find the words to say. WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN!
