So I came here a while back for an oil change and they said my head light was out. I paid and went on my merry way only to find later that night that the light was still not working. The guy told me to bring my car back and they would probably have to keep it. I never got around to doing so and instead, took my car elsewhere. Cut to today I come in for an oil change and I tell the lady at the front desk my story and she easily and happily refunded my money for the light. Keep in mind she has no way to validate my story. It made me feel good and valued and most of happy at this time of year when Christmas and my kid's are breathing down my neck for gifts...this was one less stressor for me and I'm so grateful. read more

This is my go-to spot for all my truck needs. I've brought my 2004 Chevy Avalanche here for years. It has quite a few miles on it, and I like to keep up the maintenance. I've received oil changes, new tires, horn repair, tune ups, fluid changes, to name a few. The key thing to remember is this: they will not try to sell you something you do not need. It's always nerve-wracking to pull into a new shop if your knowledge of car repair is little to none. You are in good hands here! Walk-ins are welcome, but they do get fairly busy. I recommend making an appointment if you can. If you have to wait, the sitting area is super clean, including coffee, a restroom, and free Wi-Fi. Please give them a try. Helped identify the issue (whoever changed my oil didn't cap it back on correctly which caused the cap to come off and oil to flow out). Showed me what happened and explained everything thoroughly. I've been coming here the past year to get my oil changed, since I get their coupons in the mail for $19.99 for oil change, filter, rotate tires, check fluids. Not too shabby! They seem to be pretty helpful and reliable. They have let me know about two times that I had nails in my tires. I haven't gotten any other service done here, so I couldn't say how they are on identifying and fixing other car problems. They have a tv in the corner so you're not bored out of your mind waiting for the service. And plus free wi-fi for your smartphones to keep you entertained. However, they don't seem to be that thorough or pay too much attention to detail - as one time they didn't close the cap on my windshield fluid, another time I noticed one of the caps on my tire air thing was missing, and after they checked my cabin air filter, they didn't properly turn the knob back in place and the glove compartment came open while I was driving. Minor inconveniences, but still !!! Get your sh*t together. read more

Came in for an oil change. Didn't make an appointment, but they were about to do it later that day. They were really nice and helpful. They also fix my cooling tube. I do not know what's it's call. It was crack and they said if I didn't get it fix, my car will keep over heated. My car has been over heating lately but I didn't tell them. So I was happy that they were able to see it before they put in cooling. I was planning to fix my cooling other time but since they were able to do it right there I was happy. Eric is so personable and really someone you know you can trust. I know nothing about cars (and I look the part), but I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Also, yes I have to agree with the comments about how this place has a super clean and nicely kept bathroom and keurig coffee machine. I had to pump my breastmilk and I was so comfortable doing it there haha. I guess it's a great place for new mothers. The service guy Robert was very thorough with his explanation of what repairs were needed.. First visit was okay, the owner and his wife seemed like nice honest people. I got my oil change and they suggested a coolant flush. I had 82,000 miles on my ford, the manual recommends at 105,000 miles. I told them I would consider it and get back to them. It had been bothering me so the next time I went back for an oil change I told them to go ahead and do the coolant flush. This time the owner was not there it was a guy named Robert. He came to me after the oil change and said they would not do the coolant flush because I had a leak. He showed it to me and yes there was a small leak from the temperature sensor. I asked how much to repai and he told me that I needed a new thermostat housing unit and the elbow hose is only 7 dollars and possibly a new temperature sensor, so $170 for parts $100 for labor and another $100 because they still have to flush after repair. I told them I would get back to them and I could clearly see the leak was only coming from the temperature sensor, but it was still reading temperature okay. A quick google searched suggested that the o-ring may be bad. A .50 cent part that was given to me by a nice guy at O'Riellys. It took 2 minutes and the leak stopped. I am far from a mechanic but it was a simple and literally cost next no nothing. These people are crooks and will sell you parts you don't need. I regret coming back here and will not be coming back. read more
