Stephen, (the guy that runs this location) is so kind and him and his crew go over the top for you. He went above and beyond and plugged my tire he noticed had a nail in it, like it was nothing when I was there for another service. It just keeps getting better and better. I discovered leaks from both valve covers, again. I pulled the coil packs only to find a small pool of oil had been collecting at the base of the plugs due to Midas not replacing the plug seals - which is standard - when they replaced the valve cover gaskets. The plug seals were hard as a rock which tells me they were the original plug seals with over 227,000 miles on them. I'm beyond livid. I wasted over $8,000 on myriad repairs, trusting that Midas would honestly and competently complete said repairs. Neither occurred. What little Midas did complete was half-assed, at best. I don't mind spending the money to have something repaired or replaced. What I *do* mind is spending that same money twice as a result of ineptitude, incompetence, and outright skulduggery. I waited too long to get my breaks changed at the dealer, but I was lucky enough to get my car in the next day for repairs. Staff was friendly and worked quickly to get my car back to me. I had a ride pick me up because I thought it would take a while so when they called to let me know it was ready, I had them add an oil change which they got done quickly. I brought my car in for brake noise to which the guy behind the desk said they saw nothing wrong. My car sounds like the brake pads are made of loose gravel and the car vibrates when I come to a stop. I recall it being much quieter when I drove it off the lot in 2014, so I **think** there's probably something wrong. I'm not a mechanic, so what do I know. Maybe that's a feature? The mechanics couldn't possibly have taken it for a drive because they would have certainly had a different diagnosis. Another issue they "repaired" was a leak causing my AC to not work correctly. The repair held for a couple of months and now the dealership is taking a look because it's not working again. If it's an oil change, you can trust them to do that work. Probably. Anything else, look elsewhere. 3 out of 4 visits ending in a screw-up is too much to look past. I'll not be back. read more

Disorganized. Had 0800 appointment, got there early, nobody ahead of me. They cleaned up the shop, jockeyed other cars around milled about for half an hour. My service didn't start until 0830. Manager complained about my Groupon and how he can't make any money if nobody buys extra services. Good price after Groupon. Waiting area is clean, free coffee. we took our 2017 jeep in a couple weeks ago because our thermostat was bad and they replaced and said the problem was fixed and a week later it was over heating again and brought it back and they said it needs another thermostat and said there was a blockage and said they fixed it and flushed it and 2 days later it's heating up again and now the jeep is having antifreeze coming out of the overflow valve and we called and they said it's a new issue so it will be $900 additional. they don't fix the problem they put a bandaid and hope for more issues. read more

We took a car in with a small air leak in the front tire. They said they were unable to find the leak. I guess we will just keep putting air in it until we can get it to someone who knows how to perform such a complex job. Honestly, how can a certified mechanic not even diagnose and repair a leaking tire? It really makes me question their ability to complete anything other than an oil change. Drat, that reminds me, they also did an oil change; I better go verify they actually put oil back in the car. read more

Took a Hyundai Sonata in with a P1326 code. They "diagnosed" the problem and determined the knock sensor was bad. They charged me $470 to change the sensor. Later that day the code came back in and we had to pay a tow truck to take it back. They claim that they did the right thing by replacing the knock sensor but now the connecting rod bearing actually is broken now. According to them it is just a coincidence that the bearing went bad after they replaced the knock sensor because now the new knock sensor is doing it's job indicating the rod bearing problem. I think the original knock sensor was doing it's job ant they misdiagnosed the problem. Long story short I am out almost $500 to them, $125 to a tow company, and the car is still doing exactly what it was doing when I brought it to them to fix it in the first place. I'll let you judge if they are crooks or not. read more

I've used Advanced Auto Detailing at least three times in the last couple of years. I generally seem to wait too long to have my truck detailed. Consequently it is a mess when I do take it in. Truthfully, it's a embarrassing truck at that time. I'll drop it off in the morning, and my wife picks me up in her car for the ride home. I came in for a simple oil and filter change. In addition to that, they did a full check of the other automotive systems in texted me the results while I was still waiting in the waiting room. I was afraid that maybe they were just going to try to find other problems to pad the bill. To my surprise, the only thing they found was an issue that I was already aware of. I had tried unsuccessfully to have another shop fix the problem, but these guys were able to properly diagnose it and repaired on the spot. I felt like the price was reasonable, and the service both from the manager (Garreth) and the service advisor (Cassie) were exceptionally terrific. I will be back. This is now my shop. read more

Had literally the best experience here!! I first come in and get a friendly welcome! I proceed to ask for an oil change. We start talking and I look outside and we see money in the parking lot. One of the workers pick it all up and comes in the store to ask if anyone has dropped some money! Find out its was my money blowing all over the parking lot. Unfortunately, all the money I earned from work was half gone. The manager tell me that since you didn't get all your money back, he was going to give me a free oil change!!!!!
