After agreeing to the pricing for labor which was reasonable compared to other quotes received they proceeded to swap all 4 out and rebalanced all my tires in about 30 minutes. I wait in my car and no one shows up. I decide to now go to the Fremont location on Beacon. Normally, there is an attendant to check the air in your tires. I drive there. An employee acknowledges I am there. Another employee says someone will be out. I waited at least 13-15 minutes before I realized--I need to go back to work! All in all--I spent 25 minutes driving around to two different locations. I sat in my car waiting and did not get any air in my tires. I drove back to work with the signal still on my dashboard. Very disappointing experiencing at both locations but especially Union City.

I recently visited MIdas auto in hayward for an oil change, and expected straightforward, honest service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. During my visit, I asked about getting my tires rotated, and they claimed it wasn't necessary because they were worn out. Instead, they tried to convince me that I needed to replace my tires. The problem? My tires are in excellent condition! It was clear they were more interested in making a sale than providing genuine advice. As someone who values honesty and integrity, I can't recommend this shop. Trust is everything when it comes to car maintenance, and I left feeling disappointed and skeptical. I brought my 2004 Honda Civic into this shop. I normally goto Pep Boys, but am not too happy with the service there. The tech came out to talk to me about what repairs I needed. I came in for standard service. He seemed very honest, and advised me to the proper maintenance items that I needed. The car was in and out in the time that he told me. Nice guys, clean shop. I thought one was a manager by his attire, he was touching my car, come to find out he was a customer awaiting service!!! - best part~ there was mentally unstable transient passing by, this young kid that worked at the shop exchanged words with him and there were a couple punches thrown while he was assisting a female customer! I hate trying to find honest car spots for my car needs. I came all the way from Livermore because he said this place was worth it. Well, he was not wrong! It only took a little less than 2hrs for me to get a set of new tires and an alignment. The environment is comfortable and all of the staff I interacted with is so kind! They didn't mind that I set up my "office" in their waiting room so I can work while they did the job. There were some senior citizens waiting and the staff showed them so much respect and kneeled down to speak with them to show they were not just "customers" but, they are there to take care of them. That touched my heart. After my car was done, I was told that I get free tore rotations and that they can also do an oil change at the same time as it is recommended to do both at once to keep everything top notch. I will FOR SURE make the drive to Hayward to do that every 3,000 miles! If you need a reliable, honest, & quick place for your tire/car needs, this is the place!
