    Jason didn't hesitate to help me. After installing a new filter, he topped up the oil for a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back here for my future car service. Will have them replace my trans fluid and do a PMS. Probably upgrade my headlights too.

    Follow up... We had better views and saw damage was already there. Mitas get a 3 star for customer service. From the get go the person who serviced my car, Carlos could have came out and said, Hey I'm so sorry but damages were there already... and the gal in front could have said we have your number I will have Jason, the owner to call you back. I had go on my lunch break to speak with The owner the next Monday when he would be at the shop. My visit to Mitas with Jason was negative at first. I said I have clips on my flash we can look at and he responded with "I don't have time to look at that". Though we did view on my tiny dash cam together. No dent done by Mitas, but my experience was still negative.

I'm a woman and I do ask questions, just to be better informed. No eye rolling when I asked him questions. He provided me with product information, showed me his tools, seemed knowledgeable. Was able to get me a new tire of the same brand and size, just a slightly different all season model. Told me the tire pressure warning would go off after I drive the car. * Square pay for convenient and secure payment. Highly recommend JJ for prompt, reliable, and professional service at a competitive rate!!

    We've been coming to this America's Tire location for years now. You can make an appointment, but…read morewalk ins are always accepted, and unless they are super busy, you are in and out in 1-1.5 hours tops. If you sign up for their credit card, you receive promotional pricing for 6 months (no APR for purchases). They recently renovated, so the waiting area is clean and redone with high table tops and outlets for people working while they wait. If you ever want to come by and have someone check out your tire pressure or what you suspect may be something lodged in your tire, you can come by for free with no pressure to replace anything. Their utmost focus is to ensure tire safety. Great staff, and always friendly service here!

    The more I go into America's Tire, the worse the service gets. I thought maybe I just caught them…read moreon off days, but one time is an off day. Two times is becoming a pattern. I don't know if I want to give them a third chance. Last time we were here they asked my husband if the tire was not repairable what was our back up plan but the way they word it sounded like an unlikely scenario or something we would discuss further if it came to it. My husband said he would want the tire replaced. Well we pick up the car unaware that the tire was unrepairable. Now we have to pay $100s because they didn't call us to confirm. Fine our mistake. Today I walk in, stand in the walk in line, and they take the person with an appointment first. Fine, she was there a few minutes after me, but she was smart and made an appointment. They take forever with her and one other customer. Another appointment comes in 10 to 15 minutes after me, and they take her too. Now I am getting upset. But fine, she has an appointment and I don't. It has now been 30 minutes of me standing in line, and a third appointment comes in and they talk to her first. I had to speak up at that point. I understand appointments come first, but how many before I get helped? The phone is ringing off the hook, my back is killing me, and STILL no one is going to help me? Absolutely not. I am sick and tired of waiting. He did actually take me before the appointment once I spoke up, but why do I have to speak up? Why can't you have some common sense and help the customer who has been waiting for 30 minutes? I continue to buy my tires from America's Tire for their warranties and usually their service. I think I will start taking my business to a different location. They tried to do the same wording with me this time but I told them to put the spare if the tire was not repairable. They said it wasn't repairable and I drove off with my spare. But wait there's more! I went to another shop and guess what??? The tire was not EVEN PUNCTURED!!!!! Had they actually taken a look they would have seen the nail didn't puncture all the way. This place is a scam and I'm done with them.
