My experience at this dealership was honestly the worst car-buying experience I've ever had…read more I was shopping for a car for my son, so my sister, my son, and I went to the dealership to see a specific car that was advertised online. As we approached the lobby, a gentleman looked at the three of us and the very first thing he said was, "Do you need somebody that speaks Spanish?" He didn't even say hello or greet us in any way. His first interaction with us was to make an assumption about whether we needed someone who spoke Spanish, which immediately made us feel uncomfortable and judged. I explained that I did not need anyone to speak Spanish and that we were there to see a specific vehicle I had already called about. It then took approximately 35-40 minutes for them to even bring the car out. We eventually test-drove the vehicle, and when it was time to discuss the numbers, we were passed around to three different people. We waited nearly another hour before we were finally able to sit down and actually discuss pricing. Unfortunately, each interaction became more frustrating because the people we dealt with were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. During the price discussion, one of the people who identified himself as a manager received a phone call. While sitting there with us, he was yelling at and speaking extremely rudely to the person on the other end of the phone. It was so unprofessional that I actually felt bad for the person he was speaking to. The entire experience was exhausting and completely unnecessary. Buying a car should not feel like you are being treated as an inconvenience or being judged before you even have a chance to speak. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership and will definitely take my business elsewhere.

While waiting for AAA to change out the tire with the spare, I scrambled to reschedule my doctor's appointment in Brea, while canceling my meeting in Chino Hills and dinner plans with my daughter in Monterey Park. I was supposed to be everywhere that day but ended up stuck going nowhere. I went on Yelp to find the closest tire shop that had the cheapest tire available same day because I wasn't feeling comfortable going back on the freeway on a spare. I was able to secure a tire for about $145 (tire, fees, and tax) on Tire Choice's website and also made an online appointment to get it replaced within the hour. I was mentally exhausted and just really wanted to head home and worry about searching for deals on better sets of tires later. When I got to Tire Choice, I was quickly greeted by Gina at the front. I told her exactly what I wanted to get done to avoid wasting her time hoping to up sell me better tires, and she got the message that I really just wanted to be able to quickly get back on the road again without pressuring me into changing all four of my tires. Gina was a doll and very pleasant to converse with. She was able to effectively multitask (answering phones, getting quotes for other customers, giving instructions to the mechanics), while we shared stories about our kids (my children and her fur babies). I think I spent 20 minutes max there and my tire was done. I was so happy! My overall experience at Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Diamond Bar was amazing.

When looking for a car, I got endless emails and calls to come in. I'm not a fan of going into the dealerships to get worked, so I did everything online. I ended up buying my car at another dealership. There were some warranty issues with my car, so I decided to come here for the service. After looking at my car, they couldn't replicate the issue. Fine.... but the issues persisted and I told them I would need a loaner while I leave the car a little longer so they can spend more time with it as the issues don't always arise immediately. Working with Miguel, he told me they didn't have a loaner available at the time, but that one would be available coming up. I was assured I would be put on the list and then called when available so I can bring my car in. Two month went by, and no calls. After 2 months, I called back and spoke to Miguel. He said I was on the list, and that one should be available in 2 weeks. He confirmed he'd call me to schedule a date certain so I can bring the car in. Well, it's been about 5 months now, and still nothing.... crickets. I love how responsive this dealership is when I'm actively buying a car, but when I needed service.... I was treated like my business didn't matter. My experience has shown me that Miguel and this dealership do not prioritize customers. I'd pass and go to a different dealership. Unfortunately, Acura of Alhambra was the closest, but they closed. I also didn't feel the love there either. I've since taken my car to Acura of Glendale, and so far, they've been outstanding so far.

Not only did the owner come to my house to give me an estimate he explained everything to me and later that day sent over a breakdown of what needed to be repaired on my son's Toyota 86 sports car. My son had damaged his car on the driver side and I truly thought it was not going to look the same if I moved forward in getting it fixed. What sold me the most was when the owner mentioned they take pride in paying attention to the smallest detail - which they honestly did. Not only did he text me updates almost everyday on the status of the repairs, he gave me options in either replacing certain parts like the frame brand new or would look for one to lower the cost. Reason being was that I paid out of pocket and he took into account any financial burden that it would have on me. On top of all that he got my son"s car fixed sooner than expected and my reaction was priceless. It looked clean and PERFECT. Ben, you and your team are one of a kind and both my son and I are thankful for trusting you all. A fantastic job well done. 10/10 highly recommend.
