He was experienced, knowledgeable, very respectful, answered all of our questions & was very responsive in our email & phone communications. He found us exactly what we were looking for. Greg & everyone at Columbia Acura made the whole shopping/buying process easy for me. The day of our purchase, we brought the car home and found some imperfections in the paint, from the factory. We returned the vehicle back to the dealership the next morning, and the sales manager & detail department quickly took care of the issues and had it back to us in perfect condition within minutes! This is how a luxury car buying experience should always be. Thank you Columbia Acura!

Recently, my vehicle had an oil leak from the engine area. Back in July, the dealership told me it was the turbo line, but Quality Care inspected it and showed me it was actually the timing cover. They honestly advised me that my warranty would probably cover it at the dealer, which it did. Fast forward a couple of months, and the same issue arose. Once again, the dealership claimed it was the turbo line and quoted me $850 to repair a $117 part. Quality Care only quoted me $250. When I brought it in, they were about to start the job but noticed the leak was actually coming from higher up. Lo and behold, it was the same timing cover the dealership claimed to have replaced. Quality Care showed me the untouched bolts and the poor repair job, recommending I take it back to the dealer to have it redone correctly. My family has been bringing our cars here for years, and we have had nothing but the best experiences. I will absolutely be returning!

Luckily it's a monopoly in the tri state if you drive an Acura so you only have two places to go... You guys should build a service shop that can't handle the area vs a little shitty 10 Bay Area that fucks all your customers over... or at the very least have some old shitty Acuras to offer your customers when their car breaks down due to a Acura part flaw/extended warranty issue. Previous owner of this Acura dealership was incompetent and left the bolt off the oil pan and it all just drained out on my driveway and left a huge stain that's still there today..... guess no one cares when Honda manufactures a flawed part and it leaves you carless for two weeks cause they can't handle the work load on sliding in a 2 hour repair...

Absolutely terrible experience with A1 Diesel. Truck went in for an issue that clearly seemed…read moreelectrical related, they had the truck for 2 1/2 weeks with very little real progress. In the end, THEY ended up taking it to Clark Power Services because they were simply incapable of figuring out what was wrong themselves. Clark had the issue figured out in roughly 3 hours flat after A1 had the truck for over 2 weeks with no real findings. The issue ultimately ended up being a bad ECM, something they could not properly diagnose on their own. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. It felt like they were just throwing parts at the truck instead of properly diagnosing anything. I can't really say communication was awful, but by that point I was honestly so burnt out dealing with this situation that I had almost stopped caring altogether. Losing time and money like that gets old quick. While the truck was there, I also had them replace the steering gearbox. Got the truck back and immediately realized something was seriously wrong -- I had roughly two turns to the left and only one turn to the right. They had both connection points installed on the wrong teeth on the gearbox. Because of that, I had to miss out on even more work and take the truck BACK to them to fix their mistake again after the fact. So basically, they charged me almost $5,000 to replace a steering gearbox and couldn't even get that right the first time. It should be common practice to actually check and make sure the truck works properly before sending it out the door. I also had to spend around 2 hours trying to figure out why my air conditioning suddenly wasn't working after getting the truck back. Turns out they had pulled the A/C relay and never put it back in. On top of all that, I then had to take the truck to a THIRD shop to actually get the ECM swapped out because the truck is EGR deleted and tuned. That part isn't really A1's fault if they don't want to work on deleted trucks, but overall I ended up off work for roughly 3 weeks, over $10,000 deep in parts and labor, not even counting the thousands and thousands of dollars lost from downtime and taking the truck to an incapable shop to begin with. All of this for an issue that took Clark roughly 3 hours to diagnose, and my trusted shop less than 2 days to get the ECM ordered, tuned, installed, and the truck back on the road. 3 weeks. 3 damn weeks. I will say the people there seem good hearted and kind, but in my opinion the shop feels heavily staffed with younger mechanics who just don't have the experience or knowledge yet to properly diagnose and work on semis. That might be okay for small jobs, but when your truck is your livelihood, guessing and trial-and-error repairs get expensive fast. After all the downtime, stress, lost work, and repeated issues, I would not recommend A1 Diesel to anyone who actually depends on their truck to make a living. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and wasted money and go somewhere else.

A friend of mine had some work done at Community Auto Service with Bret. She sang his praises and so I asked him what it might cost for me to get my AC Compressor replaced. His estimate was 1/2 the price of what I was told at other places. I called and made the appointment to take my car in. No joke, 20 minutes after making the appointment I got to work and smelled a burning smell - but didn't see smoke or anything. I told my husband about it and we had a game plan. When I went to leave, my car started and went into reverse, but my steering wheel wouldn't move, so I ended up having my car towed to Community Auto a day early. They still didn't get to it until the appointment time, but that was ok. In addition to the AC compressor, a belt had been destroyed, etc. When Bret called to tell me the cost, I had expected it to get to be the $1400, but it wasn't. The grand total was about $845. I was very happy with that. Bret was thorough and quick with the repair and I am very happy.
