So if you need them quick, they're going to be booked. But if you know if you need something in the next few weeks, if you make your appointment early, they'll accomodate you. They also have a courtesy car available if you are lucky enough to get it. Either way, they don't overcharge, they do good work - the only problem with this shop is you have to pre-book 2 or 3 weeks in advance to get in... Other than that, every dollar spent with them, is well worth it. I just hate the wait for a booking. That's the only reason I gave 4/5 stars. Otherwise -- trust your vehicle and money with them - a definiate recommend.

After receiving the bill I was extremely disappointed with a few things that i noticed . Labour was over $607 by at least 2 hours = $250 also the part for the belt kit was also over by $150-$200 1- He charged me for 5.5 hours of labour on a timing belt/water pump job that has a book hour rating of 3.25-3.5 hours. 2- He charged me $594.29 for the Water pump/ timing belt Kit. I called a few places and Lordco had a few kits ranging from $325-$450 for a 2006 Honda Odyssey 3- None of his work he did on my van was quoted and the extra work he did was just added to the bill with no phone call or Quotes. I literally show up with a bill of $1748.35 ! with no quotes or prior calls on expenses. My van is not even worth $2500 to sell. If I would have known this was the case I would not have had the work done at all and would have done a trade in for a new vehicle. This is not acceptable and I don't recommend this shop to anyone.
