The installation was about twice as long as he originally told me and he apologized many times and explained that one of his employees had been sick that day so everything was backed up, which is understandable. Fixed it and said the tech took it for a drive to confirm. Magical since it didn't move from where I parked it. Missed four hours of work and didn't have time to stay longer. Drove onto the highway and the shake is still there at the same speed as before. Garbage service. Also had the oil changed. Dipstick not put all the back in. They "washed" the vehicle.
