What more can I say, I'm a first time Volkswagen owner and am as satisfied with the car as I am with the service from Chilliwack Volkswagen. I made all of the arrangements for my 2012 Jetta TDI Highline via email, between Jerome and Keith it was one of the easiest purchases I've made. The guys & gals at the dealership are the type of people that not only make you feel welcome when you walk in the door but they all add a personal touch to the what could be a stuffy sales office. Always smiles, hello's and handshake's I work in a demanding customer service environment and can tell the difference between bullshit sales tactics and genuine customer appreciation. Let me just say that the one and only time I ever had an issue at the dealership and Keith (sales manager) had every right to not be flexible, I was met with gracious understanding and my issue was solved immediately......literally about 30 seconds of chit chat a handshake and I was on my way. Keith was great, I had lots of extras I wanted on the car and I suppose I was a bit high maintenance during the process but he was always patient, told me straight out what I could and could not do and why. His personal opinion was right on track with mine right from the get go and though others may have different taste I know he can put himself in your shoes to help you get the end result your looking for. Sheri in the service department is top notch along with the parts guys. They always have the information I'm looking for, quotes readily available and I trust the service and parts advice I get from that department %100. An interesting tid bit and something that I really thought was super cool was the fact they have a beautiful black lab "charlie" behind the parts/service desk, really chilled out friendly dog, just laying there totally content......I think that speaks volumes for a company that would allow mans best friend to come to work instead of being in a kennel or at home waiting eagerly to greet his owner. I would recommend that if your looking at buying a new or used VW that you go see the staff down in Chilliwack. I have made recommendations to a handful of friends as well as my brother and it took one or two visits and a done deal. I know it seems like a lot of smoke being blown in this review but it's truly an easy task to write this because of how happy I am with my car and the service I've received from everyone down there. In a world where competition is around every corner I believe Chilliwack Volkswagen separated themselves by being themselves. They are passionate about the product, friendly, helpful and outgoing people that will treat you the same in the door as they would on the street, sale or not. Disappointing Experience! I recently had an experience at Chilliwack Volkswagen that left me quite dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. While I understand that every transaction may have its challenges, my overall impression was far from positive. Firstly, the pricing negotiation process was rather disheartening. The initial monthly financing quote of CAD$280 underwent several changes, reaching CAD$390 (I was informed several different values for the same financed amount and monthly terms). Such significant variations in a short period raised questions about transparency and consistency. Moreover, the transition from my 2007 car to the 2018 model I purchased was not seamless. Despite providing my previous vehicle with its Owner's Manual, Secondary Key, and comprehensive maintenance records, I was disappointed to receive the new car without an owner's guide and secondary key. This oversight was only communicated to me after the purchase, and the resolution offered--"This car does't have it. I can't do anything"--was not acceptable. I must highlight a concerning safety aspect as well. The tire repair kit (replacing the spare tire) was expired since 2022 and completely empty. Safety features are paramount in any vehicle, and this experience left me questioning the dealership's commitment to customer well-being. I attempted to address these issues with another salesperson, seeking assistance, but unfortunately, my concerns have yet to be adequately addressed even four days later. In contrast, a past experience with a different dealer demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction by promptly resolving a similar situation regarding an owner's guide. In conclusion, my experience at Chilliwack Volkswagen fell far short of my expectations, and I am compelled to share this feedback. I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive criticism and encourages improvements in customer service and transparency. My wife and I just puchased a used 2018 Tiguan from Chilliwack VW. I had heard bad reviews in the past about them but they have changed their entire staff in the last 6 months. I did not know this when we went in but found out after the fact. The first person we met was Abir a salesman. He came out shortly after we started walking the lot. We had already spotted the vehicle we were interested in the day before so we knew right away we wanted to test drive it. After the test drive we knew this was the vehicle we wanted and he provided all the car fax and info for the vehicle. There was an issue with the battery but they figured it was just not hooked up properly. Next we went to financing and the lady we talked to was amazing as well. After the purchase on a Saturday we got a call from Jim the sales manager on the following Tuesday. He said they were concerned about the battery and wanted to replace free of charge for our peace of mind. So we brought our vehicle in and at the same time we mentioned that the remote start did not work. We brought it back in the next week and it turns out the driver door latch was not functioning properly. So they ordered in the part and replaced free of charge. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome and important. Even the management has only been there 6 months and most of the sales personel only 6 weeks. We feel they went above and beond and will definatley go back when it is time to purchase a new vehicle to replace this one!! Very well done Chilliwack Volkswagen! Thanks so much read more

Great customer service. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted in a new vehicle and Graeme and Kris did all they could to help us find what we we're looking for. Though we did not end up buying exactly what we came there for, we are happy none the less. By taking advantage of the invoice pricing event, we we're able to get remotely close to price that we wanted and got much more vehicle. Kris was great in being transparent with the financing options, and Graeme was very knowledgeable in terms of the technical aspects of the Volkswagens. In terms of the service department, they acknowledged our concerns and took care of them without hassle. They offered to drive me to and from work in Chilliwack while the vehicle was being worked on. Getting the complete car care package installed did take longer than estimated (est. 1 day, actually needed 2 days) but it worked out okay because they needed to order the windshield (under warranty) anyway. I bought a truck from Mertin Hyundai and then I lost my job and mertin Hyundai didn't help me get out of the loan. I went to Dylan Lambert and he not only got me out of the loan but the car of my dreams. I have a really busy schedule and he had all the paperwork ready when I got off work and it only took me 30 minutes to complete everything.
